Four nights of relaxation.

Very clean washer and dryer on sight bay view the staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was good everything we needed.

The spa was dated and not hot more like bath water. Jets were just ok. We had the studio unit 5A. You do have to walk about 6 tenths of a mile into town. Not to bad.

Second stay in three years clearly we like the place

This was our second stay at the Blue Pacific after 2022. We loved the place, especially the hot tub on the deck, and so when the opportunity arose, we decided to stay here again. The three bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates seven people with an extra single bed in the largest of the three bedrooms. The hotel is perched atop a cliff and affords spectacular views. Rooms are serviced every day. Town centre is a short walk and an even shorter drive. All in all excellent value for money.

The hotel is accessed via a steep driveway and parking can be a bit tight especially for those with a big car or an SUV. This is not a big deal and we were made aware of this at the time of booking. But even though we had seven people and two cars, the apartment only allows one car parking. However, there is PLENTY of parking right across the street.

Great views

What wasn't to like. We had a corner apartment with views over the Bay of Islands. The rooms were perfect and a good size. Parking was a little tight but on the same leval so easy to unload the luggage. The bonus was a small hot tub on the large balcony. It was a lovely easy 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal for the Bay of Island Cruises. The beach was just opposite.

Only to mention there is a steep path up to the apartments from the road if you're walking. Really not a problen though.

Felt a bit tired, for the $ paid if no aircon really need ceiling fans as was stifling hot even with curtains left closed all day and every fan running (we also aired before bed). Nothing left to clean bbq with. Other than that staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved fact so close to safe swimming beach and supermarket.

The perfect stay for a relaxing vacation at the breach

Stunning apartment with huge terrace overlooking the Pacific, you hear the waves turning around. The apartment has a full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There also is a hot tub on the terrace. The mattress in the master bedroom is very comfortable and there are 2 TVs in the apartment. We were just 2 people but it easily fits a family of 4. Doug and his team was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to downtown is 15 minutes, however a restaurant and convenience store are in 3 minutes walking distance.

I am hard pressed to find anything I didn’t like. Parking is a little tight.

I loved the location and proximity to the beach and town.

The staff were extremely unfriendly and made us feel unwanted. The person at the checking in did not even say hello. Just asked for payment immediately. Kind of rude.

Brilliant

Everything. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The apartment was accessible by stairs only and had an amazing view. It was serviced daily, we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights staying there. 2 bathrooms, one downstairs had a hot tub, but we did not use it. Washing machine and clothes airer, pegs and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Fluffy towels too. Reserved parking space for one car for the duration of the stay.

Location is your fan on this one

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious. The kitchen very well stocked. Location is ideal for walking to Waitangi and Pahia shops and restaurants. Supermarket is around the corner. Apartment view was beautiful and birdsong was a delight.

Steep drive and tight parking. The unit was a mix of tired and modern, overall though, still clean and comfortable. It seemed a bit pricey given its age and stage and compared to other places we stayed at around northland.

We enjoyed our stay

We loved the apartment it had everything we needed for our stay. Great view from our balcony and close to all sightseeing locations.

We didn't use the spa as it smelt moldy we alerted the owner however he stated it was at the correct chemical levels. We have a spa at home and it doesn't smell like that, we certainly weren't going to use it unless it had chorine added to it. No chemicals were added so we missed out on having a spa on our holiday.
