A great hotel with lovely staff, delicious food and an excellent spa.

The staff were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. The spa was excellent. The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the variety that went into the evening dinners (an Austrian themed night with live music, a fondue night etc).

We found the bed a little uncomfortable. Our shower was unusable without flooding the bathroom floor due where it was mounted in the bath. This didn’t really matter to us, as we just ran baths or used the spa instead.

It was a great ski vacation.

The location of the hotel was amazing. It was a short walk to all the surface lifts in Zurs. We had a great view from our room. The spa, the breakfast and the staff were outstanding. The breakfast provided a great variety to start our mornign off correctly.

The shower/bath was too small for us to use. When used it turned the entire bathroom into a wet room.

Exklusives Hotel ohne österreichische Gemütlichkeit

Die Lage direkt am Skilift ist sehr gut. Leider ist es ab morgens 5:00 Uhr etwas laut, weil das Hotel an der Straße liegt.

Das Hotel ist international ausgerichtet, so dass das Personal überwiegend kein Deutsch spricht. Dadurch fehlt die typische österreichische Herzlichkeit als Gastgeber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gehoben. Leider dauert es sehr lange, bis die frisch zubereiteten Eier speisen sowie der Kaffee am Tisch erscheinen. Wir mussten bis zu 25 Minuten auf eine Tasse Kaffee und das Essen warten. Das ist im Skiurlaub, wenn man früh auf die Piste muss, leider nicht Schön.

Das Zimmer extrem klein. Das Frühstücksbuffet spärlich. Das Spa OK aber klein.

Sömester tatilinde 3 gece boyunca 2 kişi aile olarak konakladık. Tesisin konumu iyi. Kayak yamak için ideal, otelin önünde 3 ayrı lift var, kayak tutkunları için müthiş. Ayrıca çok yakında Lech kasabası var 703 nolu otobüs ile otelin önündeki duraktan ücretsiz gidip gelebilirsiniz. Orada kayak için daha çok lift var, ayrıca dağda yürüyüş yapmak için ideal. Kahvaltısı süper 👍 Tüm Çalışanlar süper ilgili 👏 Aracımızı bile ücretsiz park ettiler

Yemek işi ile uğraşmamak için yarım pansiyon şeklinde rezervasyon yapmıştık. Maalesef çok başarılı mutfağı olmasına rağmen, yemekler tad ve lezzet olarak bize uygun değil. Akşamları keyifli yemek yiyemedik. Tavsiyem oda kahvaltı. Ayrıca odamız biraz soğuktu. Oda Fiyatı çok yüksek (ama bu bölgede tüm oteller pahalı) 😊

Es waren alles im allem ein paar schöne Tage in diesem Hotel.

Die Lage neben dem Skilift ist perfekt. Das Service ist Top. Alles sehr Sauber und wenn auch wenn es ein älteres Haus ist, ist alles gut erhalten bzw. saniert worden. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Im Wellnessbereich ist es zu kalt. Die Pooltemperatur ist sehr niedrig. Wenn ich in Österreich auf Urlaub fahre gehe ich normal davon aus das das Personal zumindest ein bisschen Deutsch kann, das war leider nicht der Fall.

Hotel cudowny a personel fantastyczny. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich byłem. Świetna lokalizacja. SPA na najwyższym poziomie. Każdemu gorąco polecam to miejsce. Blisko do wyciągów i komunikacji. Pokoje przepiękne z ładnym widokiem. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić - naprawdę cudowne miejsce!!! Będę tam wracał regularnie😎

tolle Lage, sehr guter Service sowie Gastronomie. Verbesserungspotential: Schallschutz zur Strasse nicht optimal, Lüftung zu laut für nachts, Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem ok, aber etwas unter dem sonst hohen Niveau.

Ein sehr charmantes, persönlich und freundlich geführtes Hotel. Sehr schöne, gemütlich und hochwertig ausgestattete Räumlichkeiten. Sehr gutes Essen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Kleinigkeiten, die vielleicht andere nicht stören: Duschen nur in der Badewanne möglich, Skikeller etwas beengt.
