Superb, comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.

Very nice resort, with very friendly and helpful staff, and a huge room. The room size and the amenities were very nice. The location is great too, right next to a small T-bar lift so it is easy to get on the slopes.

Its a 10 minute uphill walk from the Main Street so if you want to go to the bars, restaurants or shops, its a bit of a trek, esp if you are carrying your skis. But cars can easily reach it.

Everything is great - the service, location, but the rooms are from last century

The location is great, very friendly and helpful staff. i stayed in the double deluxe room, a large bright room. the hotel is directly at the ski-lift, above the hotel is a beautiful restaurant on the mountain. free parking for guests.

The rooms are decorated and equipped by the standards of the early 2000's. was a guest of the hotel 13 years ago, unfortunately, the rooms have not changed a lot. sad and strange.

Okay, but definitely used to be better.

The hotel has a great location, close to the slopes, sometimes the little t-bar next to the place is open and makes starting the ski day easy. Simple, comfortable accommodations, great bathroom.

The restaurant staff is ... strange. Everyone with the exception of the maitre speaks only English, and even that fairly poorly. They faff a lot to get the order right, they have almost no customer care skills. Additionally, the menu hasn't changed in at least 3 years, and has like 6-7 overpriced items. More often than not, when you book the accommodation, you don't end up with the Deluxe room they show in the pictures here, but an older room style, with typical Austrian furniture and a very uncomfortable bed.

Dinner choices were limited, as was the service in the afternoon (not many options to have snack or food between lunch and dinner). Small tea set in the room would have been a great addition.

Direkt an der Piste ! Modern und sehr sauber. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter - alle zusammen . Tolle Massage und schöner Wellenesbereich. Unser Bett war Sau bequem und das Frühstück voll lecker und alles da !

Das Abendessen im Restaurant haben wir nur einmal genutzt (weil wir tagsüber beim Skifahren gegessen haben und eh nicht die großen Esser sind. Dafür einfach zu teuer : Der Salat mit 25 € zu hoch angesetzt und nicht viel dran und der Ramen war nicht authentisch. Aber mein Rinderfilet mit Pistazienkruste - boah - fein !

Wyjazd rewelacyjny.

Doskonała lokalizacja dla narciarzy. Do wyciągu i ze stoku na nartach. Do centrum miejscowości również bardzo blisko. Około 5-10 minut spracerku. Pokój przestronny, czysto, śniadania pyszne a po całym dniu jeżdżenia na nartach -odpoczynek w saunie :)

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine hervorragende Lage: Zu Fuß erreicht man sowohl Wanderwege als auch die Stadt mit ihrem vielfältigen Freizeitangebot. Die außergewöhnliche, kunstvolle Gestaltung verbindet Design und Gemütlichkeit, sowohl in den großzügigen Zimmern als auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Eine schöne Sonnenterrasse und ein kleiner, aber feiner Spa-Bereich runden das Angebot ab.

Super gelegene und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Besonders freundlicher Empfang durch den Concierge, sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Frühstück super, Abendkarte auch vielversprechend. An der Umsetzung hapert es ein bisschen. Preislich aber okay. Schön wäre es auch, wenn man sich in einem österreichischen Hotel auf Deutsch verständigen könnte. Aber bei dem Fachkräftemangel ist das vielleicht zu viel verlangt. Man muss froh sein, wenn nette und bemühte ausländische Kräfte einem den Service bieten, den die österreichischen und deutschen Servicekräfte wohl nicht mehr anbieten wollen.
