Fabulous hotel, great food and amazing staff. More of a more original style Austrian hotel which was absolutely great.

The property was a 10 minute walk up a hill from main village, but free buses ran very 20 mins. Could also ski direct to hotel. Very well organised hotel, great pool and sauna area. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Food was great - half board well worth it, especially since village and mountain restaurants so expensive. I stayed in the Annex which was more basic, but I found the room spacious and comfortable, and very quiet. Would definitely recommend as a more budget friendly option. Very clean, great bathroom, heated bathroom floor etc. Great view of the mountain and a 30 second walk to the hotel.

Nothing. A short walk down into town, so not right in the centre, but this is not a problem. There is a bus if you want, but it's only 5 minutes anyway.

The location is perfect in the sunny side of the picturesque village, the free ski shuttle bus stops at the hotel door and you could ski back . The staff is amazing starting with Martin and his team at the front desk, the people in the restaurant and the bar. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the common areas inside and outside are cosy and the overall ambiance very welcoming.The breakfast was very delicious.

The storage room/ boot room was occasionally crowded during “ peak “ time.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and great facilities. Guest comfort and satisfaction is clearly at a high priority for this hotel and they do everything to make your experience as good as possible. Great location for skiing with a wide variety of breakfast / dinner options. Lukas, Ondrej, Dominika (our waiters) as well as the General Manager Othmar truly made our stay exceptional. Thank you and we will be back!

It would have been good to have a more frequent ski shuttle service especially in the high season.

A really special place run by the most lovely people in the beautiful Lech.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the food was incredible! The view from the front of the hotel was amazing and I would request one of these next time I stay. Pool and sauna area was very nice, as well as the lounge area with a fireplace.

The location is slightly out of town (5min walk) and the chairlift nearby wasn’t running yet. However, you can ski back to the hotel and there are buses every 20 mins that take you to town/back to the hotel. It wasn’t a deal-breaker and I would definitely stay again (plus it’s quieter than central Lech)

Magical!

5-10 minute walk to the centre of Lech and 5 minute walk to a cross-country and walking trail. Pet-friendly, we could walk our dog easily and he could stay with us everywhere except for the dining area and spa. very cost and charming hotel. Incredible views of the mountains from our room.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, abgenutzt und defekt an diversen Stellen. Whirlwannen und Düsen defekt, Pool kühl. Kein Prosecco im Haus während Tagen wegen Lieferschwierigkeiten.

Rundum zufrieden

Super Service, auf Nachfrage am Empfang wurde alles möglich gemacht. Uns wurde kurzfristig ein erstklassiger Skilehrer vermittelt, Massagen auch spontan organisiert und auch so freundlich alle Sonderwünsche möglich gemacht. Zu den Kindern 5 und 12 waren alle herzlich und entgegenkommend. Auch in den Saunabereich konnten die Kinder leise mal reinschnuppern. Das Schwimmbad ist ausreichend warm so dass alle Freude dran hatten. Die Wasserdüsen sind sehr angenehm. Das Essen war sehr lecker, das Kinderbuffet etwas einseitig, aber auch hier wurden kleine Wünsche erfüllt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist klasse. Super dass täglich Wasser und Skiwasser im Zimmer dabei war. Der Skibus kommt oft genug, Abfahrt bis an Haus. Danke für alles.

Trotz Enttäuschung in der Unterkunft, 2 wundervolle Skitage in Lech!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, der Skibus hält direkt davor. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön und groß, mit Blick auf die Berge, leider räumlich komplett von der Saunawelt getrennt, baulich irgendwie schlecht durchdacht. Schade!

Wir hatten eine Suite mit abgetrenntem Schlafraum gebucht. Leider wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Erst nach langen Diskussionen und Einzelzimmerangeboten, erhielten wir dann das gebuchte Zimmer. Eine Entschuldigung kam leider nie!!! Das Hotel war personalmäßig komplett unterbesetzt, leider nur wenige Mitarbeiter kompetent. Das Frühstück war leider auch sehr "mager" und zum Abendessen würden wir das nächste Mal lieber zum Italiener gehen. Sehr schade, denn wir hatten uns wirklich sehr gefreut auf die 2 Tage Auszeit in unserem Lieblings Skigebiet.

nicht gefallen: Karaffe Wasser extra verrechnen, obwohl noch weitere Getränke bestellt wurden. zu verbessern: Teppich im Zimmer. Schikeller m.E. nicht mehr zeitgemäß --> eigener Spind pro Zimmer ist state of the art.
