Clean and comfortable hotel, I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We made a mistake in dates while ordering and they found a good solution for us, although they did have to. And they were very pleasant and helpful during all our stay.
The price is a little high but I think that those are prices it Lech.
A ski-in and ski-out was not great, but decent

Breakfast was good, and the staff, both in the breakfast room and at reception, were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The spa area, private indoor parking, and ski room were all well maintained and in good condition.
It’s very very close to the slopes, but it’s definitely not ski-in/ski-out in the way we use that term. You still need to walk with your skis both for ski in and ski out.
There’s no dinner service, so you have to go into town. It only takes 10–15 minutes to get to the town, but it can be tricky in rain or snow. On the way back, you need to walk up a hill to reach the hotel, which isn’t easy, especially after dinner and particularly with kids and/or older people. You should definitely consider taking taxi.
Overall, although it has some upsides, we found it a bit overpriced compared to its price and to the other hotels in the area.

The staff was incredible - attentive and professional. The hotel itself is in an ideal location making ski / ski out easy. It is a short walk from the central area of Lech. The charm of this hotel is overwhelming
The parking garage is tight. Other than that I have no complaints.
