... only one tiny thing which is that it would be nice to be able to make Tea or Coffee in the Room, ie. to supply a kettle and few sachets of the above. Perhaps a small fridge.

Low-key luxury and warm hospitality - an exceptional ski hotel

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem and terrific value. It is centrally located in Lech with a short walk to several ski lifts and bus stops. I found my Deluxe room well appointed, modern and spacious. I loved the bathroom's deep soaking tub and the balcony with a view. The hotel's common areas are cozy and convivial, a nice place to hang out after a day on the slopes. I especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace in the bar area where the guests meet, play games and socialize prior to dinner. It was very easy to be a solo traveler in this friendly hotel. The breakfast buffet is generous and the four-course dinners are outstanding, equivalent to Michelin one-star. After enjoying my first dinner at the hotel, I saw no reason to dine elsewhere! The hotel has an excellent small spa with a Finnish hot sauna (85C!), steam room, cold rain shower and relaxation area. WiFi is strong. I very much appreciated all of the kind hotel staff who made me feel very welcome.

the bathroom is so small that only 1 person can stand. they charge 25 euro per day per dog (??) and the dog is not even allowed in the restaurants which is basically nothing more then a simple dining area

martin and his staff of ladies in traditional Austrian dress are so fantastic

ausgesprochen schön

Ingesamt war der Aufenthalt ausgesprochen schön Besonders das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Lage natürlich top.

Unser Zimmer war grenzwertig klein und vor allem die Deckenhöhe unerträglich für meinen Mann. Das kann man für ein Sternehotel mit den Preisen so nicht bauen bzw. bei der Sanierung die Decke abhängen. Außerdem hat es mich am Ende noch etwas gestört, dass die Tiefgarage extra kostete, das sollte inklusive sein. Das Dampfbad funktionierte leider nicht.

Das Frühstück war gut, aber es dauert zu lange bis die Getränke kommen. Ab 9.00 waren etliche Speisen nicht mehr vorhanden.

Alles in allem gut, bis auf die unfreundliche Frau am Empfang- auch wenn Ende der Saison ist, erwarte ich Freundlichkeit

Die Lage war prima. Frühstück gut. Zimmer, die Decke etwas niedrig- mein Mann ist zwei Meter groß…

Der Empfang war unfreundlich und es gab keinen Gepäckwagen auf den man sein Gepäck machen konnte- mit Skisachen sind es ja ruckizucki 5/6 Gepäckstücke. Beim Bezahlen bei der Abreise war die Empfangsdame sehr wirsch und wies mich zurecht. Ich war sprachlos, immerhin bin ich Gast.
