Lovely stay in a great hotel

Lovely hotel with a great Spa area . Staff were also fantastic

There seemed to be too many “ extra” charges . A pot of afternoon tea -€7.50 per person ! The hotel is on the hillside , so if you ski down , it’s a relatively long slog up the hill with full ski gear on .

we had a great time. a wonderful place to stay.

the breakfast was amazing, very rich and fresh. the veraiety was huge. the spaces (the lobby, lounge, pool, sauna) were all very welcoming and pleasent to stay in. the staff is very eager to help and improve your holiday. the dinner at the hotel was amazing as well - a great restaurant based at the ground floor of the hotel. almost no reason to leave the accomodation. would definitley reccomend and go back.

the distance from the man street (town) was a bit of a drag and also they should mention that it is not ski in. barely ski out (with a lot of walking)

Exceptional

If you want to experience genuine service and hospitality from the heart, you will appreciate this family run jewel in the Arlberg region in a quiet part of Lech. A calm, quiet place to reflect, read, relax and contemplate life all the while being close to a modern ski lift, peaceful winter walking and cross country trails. Thank you Steffi and Gitti and all your wonderful staff for a memorable week with you all.

Refreshing, relaxing, feeling very welcome!

The hotel Stäfeli has an amazing breakfast! Everything you can imagine is there. The service is impeccable and all the staff is very dedicated to make sure you have a wonderful stay! We were surprised by a nice little piece of cake in our room on our way back form our hike in the afternoon! Delicious... We also had a wonderful time reading the story of her Grand-ma in one of the many books that is available to take in your room or read on their beautiful terrace!

Stuff was extremely friendly, bedroom and wellness area perfectly relaxing and clean. The hotel‘s restaurant was very good. Location near many hiking tours and Lech.

Well equipped hotel in a fantastic environment

Nicely located hotel in a very calm and scenic environment. Very varied breakfast. Modern swimming pool and well equiped wellness facilities. Breathtaking view from the room. We were originally booked in an annex building with adjacent bedrooms for the family but less well equipped: we asked to be rebooked which was no problem luckily. Great hiking options in the area (no need to take your car). The restaurant has limilted vegetarian options on their menu but luckily they were changed every day and were of great quality. Very friendly staff.

Das Personal war super freundlich und es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Das Hotel ist super kinderfreundlich und man bekommt immer Hilfe und auf alle Anfragen eine Antwort. Man fühlt sich einfach wie zuhause. Das Essen im Restaurant ist besonders schmackhaft und von sehr guter Qualität. Das Schwimmbad hatte eine perfekte Größe und das Wasser eine angenehme Temperatur. Auch im Wellness bereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Infrarot fehlt es an nichts. Wir planen schon den nächsten Aufenthalt für kommendes Jahr.

Liegt NICHT direkt an einer Piste! Freundliches Personal

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, Frühstück war toll, Wellness sehr einladend

Lass uns leider gar nicht gefallen hat ist die Bezeichnung „direkt an der Piste“ und Ski in/Ski out, denn wie wir feststellen mussten, liegt das Hotel NICHT direkt an einer Piste sondern lediglich in der Nähe einer Skiroute! Wir mussten daher mit den Skibus von Lech zurück nach Zug fahren. Dies ist wirklich irreführend und ärgerlich! Leider haben wir erst nach unserer Buchung erfahren, dass es am Mittwoch kein Abendessen gibt obwohl wir Halbpension gebucht und bezahlt haben. Anstatt dessen gab es einen Nachmittags-Snack und alle von uns konsumierten Getränke gingen dafür aufs Haus. Das Personal hat uns mitgeteilt dass es nicht möglich ist, dies auf booking transparent darzustellen - das ist leider wirklich schade, wenn dies eine Entscheidungskriterium für ein Hotel ist.
