We loved every minute of our holiday and will definitely be back!

Our apartment was huge which was such a blessing with 3 young kids. The place was cleaned every day and was immaculate. The staff were lovely and helpful when needed.

Gute Unterkunft in Laufweite zu Skibussen und Lift

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und das Personal freundlich. Das Essen bei der Halbpension war ausgesprochen lecker und ausreichend. Die Sauna ist klein, aber neu.

Die fehlenden Informationen beim Check-in (Essenszeiten wurden z.B. nicht kommuniziert). Hier wäre es schön, wenn proaktiv auch z.B. über die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna oder den Skipassverkauf informiert werden würde. Toller Service der Unterkunft, der von uns gerne genutzt wurde!

Fragwürdiges Gebahren nach der Buchung

Das Zimmer war schön groß, mit klasse Aussicht und vielen Verstaumöglichkeiten. Auch ein sehr moderner TV mit Sitzecke war vorhanden.

Ca. 5 Wochen vor Reisebeginn bekam ich eine Nachricht vom Hotel, dass sie einen Fehler gemacht hätten und jetzt mehr als den 2,4fachen Preis meiner ursprünglich gemachten und bestätigten Buchung haben wollten. Was sind das für Praktiken? So kurz vor dem Urlaub in den Winterferien bekommt man dann natürlich nichts mehr Vergleichbares. Daher gibt es einen klaren Abzug bei der Bewertung. Dank booking wurde mir zwar etwas entgegengekommen, aber trotzdem..
