We loved everything about this fantastic place- Great atmosphere, super location, lovely decor and design, good breakfast and tea, sauna and especially all the wonderful staff and gorgeous hosts Bruno and Gabriele.

Hemtrevligt, familjärt boende som hade allt man behövde - bastu, pjäxtork och skidförvaring, trevligt urval av drycker och viner, frukost och eftermiddagste med bra och varierat urval, nära till skidliftar, restauranger och affärer. Sen inte minst, en fantastisk värd, Bruno, och personal. Vi blev upphämtade och avlämnade på busstationen, fick en ostbricka vid ankomsten och hade många givande samtal om Lech mm.

The Hotel Alpina is a fabulous evoloution of a historic family farmhouse to a modern conteporary hotel.
An incredible beautiful rebuild of the old farmhouse which reuses much of the origional wood and paneling of the old house seamlessly woven in to a thoroughly contemporary and elegant present.
Bruno's family have been there for as long as the Lech community and bring warmth and joy to the hotels atmosphere, the food is fabulous and all the staff are delightful. With just 9 rooms it is a very special place where you feel generously welcomed but still given your own space.
There is a small spa with steam, sauna and infrared room which is elegant and modern with a black granite finish and reclining chairs to relax afterwards.
Don't miss the Sky Space Art installaton by James Turrell at Oberlech you can just walk in ( or Ski Down to it ) at any time. And Haus 8 very close at the road junction for apres ski or dinner.
