The location is super, with a nice view of the canal, which is very relaxing. It is close to the city center, like 5 minutes walking.
The only thing was the stairs, which were very tiny and uncomfortable to bring up the luggage.

The view of the canal
The room was so small we didn't even have adequate room for our bags beside the bed and we had only one small rucksack and one small carry on case. If we put bags between the bed and the wall we couldn't get out of bed.
Anyone travelling with medium or big cases would not be able to have their cases in the room. The bathroom was also so miniscule you could not close the door if you sat on the toilet.
If people rent this they should be advised they cannot have more than carry on luggage and tall people will have trouble doing anything in this room.
