    While the night front-desk staff was genuinely supportive and assisted in moving us in the middle of the night, the overall hotel situation is unacceptable. We found live bedbugs on the mattress in Room 409, and the receptionist did not even seem surprised when we reported it, pointing to a known, recurring infestation. Worse, hotel management completely ignored our written complaint—no apology, no follow-up, and zero accountability. Dragging heavy luggage down steep flights of stairs with no elevator late at night due to hazardous conditions ruined our stay. This property is a serious health hazard for travelers and desperately needs an inspection by city pest control.

    This place was unreal! Never thought I would ever stay in a place like this. Let's talk about positive, close to city center, train station and Ann Frank. My room has rhe canal view That is it This place has no AC heating or elevator. If u carry large suitcases, good luck!!!!! U will need. 3pm check in was a joke. What did they clean?? And why 3pm?? As We got in the room, it was unkempt, dirty. Dirty linens in the cabinet, dusty coffee machine and marijuana blunt holder wrapper by the window sill. Bed was soo uncomfortable., it sinks u in. Trash in the hallway by their guests. . 2 nights in a row by our room ***, doors being slammed all night. Dont know if that was a bathroom next door. BUT Di ANN NEEDS TO PUT A SIGN THAT DO NOT SLAM DOORS OR PLACR MECHANISM TO PREVENT THAT FROM HAPPENING!!!!!! The bathroom was ok decent. I chose one with a bathroom and ahower. If u decide to stay here, make sure u choose that.
