    Staff just beautiful. Location is awesome too. We had a queen room facing out the back rather than street level on 3rd floor. So was quiet away from main roads if at front of building. No fridge or safe in room, and room was very tight, a few strategically placed hooks around the room would help with hanging space. There is a communal fridge in a common area downstairs near reception. They also have microwave there for guests. Hotel has a lift which is great as stairs extremely steep. Foyer areas look a bit dirty and need a bit of a recarpet but was room was in good shape overall. Carpet very worn but small best bathroom looked newer. Lots and lots of restaurants nearby and metro stop 2 min walk away.

    Our stay was flawless from arrival to departure. The concierge secured difficult dinner reservations effortlessly, and our corner suite was impeccably clean with high-end bath products and a remarkably quiet atmosphere. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a culinary highlight. True five-star attention to detail—we cannot wait to return."

    We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The door knob on the main entrance was sticky and never cleaned, obviously, and same goes with the banister. The room was far too small, and the windows wouldn't close properly, the roller blind on one of them was broken. The bed was comfortable, and the linens and bathroom were clean. However, the carpet... OMG!!! It was awful—covered in stains and smelling bad. We had to be very careful not to step on it barefoot. It was the most horrible experience ever. The friendly receptionist mentioned that they had replaced the carpets on the first two floors and that the third floor—where we were staying—was next in line. I hope that’s true, for the sake of future guests. The hotel’s location is outstanding, and I think that’s the only good thing. If they just paid a little more attention to cleanliness and replaced the carpets, the hotel would be a real gem. As it stands, it’s a dump. Don't go there. Oh, and they charge a €50 deposit that they return after a few days. I honestly don't know what's there to damage anyway! Unfortunately, something's wrong with the photo upload so I can't show you what I was talking about.
