    Well located if you want to stay close to Amsterdam central. Overpriced for the weekend and room 401 has a mattress bigger than the bed so you will slide off bed in the middle of the night. Great staff and free coffee!

    We booked cheap. Best location and walking distance from Amsterdam centraal. Many Restaurants around. Close to the main tourist attractions and red light district. Chinese looking receptionist was very helpful and she gave us a room with amazing street view (209) and arranged us one hour late check out as well. Thanks a lot for the excellent customer service. Clean rooms, definitely worth the money. Biggest issue is no lift. If you got big luggage it's challenging. Other than that good budget hotel at the best location in amsterdam. I do suggest the owner to upload new pictures to agoda. I was hesitant to book due to your ugly pictures on agoda. Specially the hotel exterior look. You should upload a nice street view photo. Not that ugly old painting of the building.

    Location is great, 5 mins from the train station and in the heart of the city. Rooms are small and my room was on the top floor so a tough climb. Noisy, especially with the cleaners slamming doors in the morning. Overall good for a short stay in the city where you're not in the room too much

    rooms small. washroooms very small. no water provided bottled or refill. only amenities in hotel are vending machine and coffee machine. atleast water should be provided. we slept ok but for the money we paid its not exactly value for money. location is only good thing
