Such a cute boutique hotel with such beautiful interior design and attentive staff! It was great to just spend time in the lobby to wind down and play with the cats. The location is closer to the quieter neighborhoods and canals of Amsterdam which was very relaxing and scenic.

Nice hotel and location
Hotel didn’t turn on our air conditioner the first night. Told them at check in that I had pre paid but they double charged me anyway and then told me to wait until check out to be corrected then they couldn’t get the refund to go through when we left so I have to dispute it with our credit card. We booked through booking.com and paid much higher than people who booked through their travel agent which included breakfast while ours did not.
