Room was nice and big with good air conditioning. Amenities in the lobby area were great, especially the free happy hour!
Our room was on an upper floor - the stairs were very steep and it was challenging to get the suitcases to our room! More counterspace in the bathroom would have also been nice.

Living area is great. The location is brilliant. Staff are helpful.
Need more mirrors as only one in bathroom. Bedrooms are a bit small but adequate however hard to share One bathroom between 6 women!

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean.
It is not a boutique hotel. It is a very high priced hostel. The room was very small, had to keep the curtains drawn as it was at street level. The staff (one in particular) did the absolute minimum to assist. No in room service( daily cleaning), which for the price ( of about C$440 per night) is unacceptable.
