Comfortable bed and view of the canal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the resident cat! Also loved the complimentary happy hour drink and snacks.
The room was slightly worn, dusty and dirty. Needed a thorough cleaning.

Excellent location in the Nine Streets. Lovely room and amazing, helpful staff. Loved the local restaurant recommendations and complimentary wine and snacks at happy hour.
Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, which meant we didn’t receive a clean during our 4-night stay. More frequent cleaning would have been appreciated.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean.
It is not a boutique hotel. It is a very high priced hostel. The room was very small, had to keep the curtains drawn as it was at street level. The staff (one in particular) did the absolute minimum to assist. No in room service( daily cleaning), which for the price ( of about C$440 per night) is unacceptable.
