NH City Centre Amsterdam

Excellent rom and 5th floor view. Doubt whether lower rooms have any view. Great Amsterdam location.

Reception host not so nice.

Loved the location and the easy check in and check out process. Room was very spacious. Would book again. Alot of restaurants and cafes also for families.

Coffee machine at brecfast didn't work on 2 mornings

We really like the hotel. Its location is perfect. Walking distance to so many places and tramway stops. Breakfast is really good, open buffet and lots of choices. The room is really big enough for us, we had extra bed in our room. The room was cleaned every day. It has perfect city view. The sustainability practices are great. You can take free water from water dispensers. Most of the staff is really friendly and helpful at the reception and in the breakfast hall.

We had requested a room from upper floors and a quiet room. But when we arrived, a room at the ground floor was given. The lady at the reception mentioned that they had no other room availabile. The room was not good for us and practical to reach with a kid, too many stairs and it was too noisy. We could hear the people's talks and speeches who walk outside the hotel (even the window was closed). So not a good welcome for us. The other day we talked with another lady at the reception who was so kind and friendly. She organized a room at the 5th floor with a perfect city view. We liked our room.
