    Great location. Great vibes. Staff are exceptional. Cleanliness of room could have been better. Very noisy between rooms/hallways. Some stairs on each floor so plan accordingly with luggage.

    Stayed April 2025. Biggy room facing inner courtyard. Our room did not look like the website room photo. The hotel looks absolutely chic on photos. 😉 However, close inspection shows “tiredness” and some impractical features. Also, room was too dim , no option for bright lights- we could not pack properly. The deck floor of our terrace was slippery.. Were the copper coils in the bathroom for heating towels? They were not working. Bedside USB plug not working. No full sized mirror. Steps entering and leading to some rooms- mobility issue. 😊 Big space, Comfy bed and beddings. Separate toilet room, with a small lavatory. Spacious shower room with vanity basin. Water, healthy soda, and even milk was provided. Kettle, coffee and tea pods. Lively vibe in lounge area- always full, hope the menu is improved. Upper floor was always closed. Friendly staff. Lovely bench outside , where guests can sit/ drink while watching the canal. Nice location, not too busy, yet close enough to restaurants and shops. Need a bit more walking to ride trams. 😅 Overall, I regret to say the price did not justify my hotel experience .

    Not your usual formal, stiff accommodation. This boutique hotel is hip, quirky, and cool. Location is excellent, just by the canal and a stone's throw away from the center. Room is beautifully designed and spacious, though an improvement on mattress quality and heating system would be nice. Breakfast and coffee at Lotti's on the ground floor was superb.
