    Newly renovated. Really love the room. However, our rooms are quite far from the elevators which is a little inconvenient.

    I have never seen a so-called “5-star” hotel that completely ignores phone calls, zero response from reception. If you order room service, they actually charge you 7€ just to bring it to your room. On top of that, the basics like a dental kit, shaving kit, or even slippers were never provided. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve more than 2 stars at best.
