Fine, but would not recommend.

Good location. Great lobby and restaurant.

The room had a cheap feel, it was small and tight, furniture outdated. Fine for a short stay.

It was great.

The bed was super comfortable and very big. The restaurant was very good and the staff were very friendly. The pool was nice, the sauna was also quite nice.

There were only two towels in the room itself.

Great.

Service, comfort, food, staff was also very very friendly. From reception to meeting rooms everything seemed very nice and promising.

Different lines of mould, but the black mould was very dissapointing. Luckily there was a CMV but no idea how maintained that one is. Shower head had a leak, that was unfortunate but the top head was good.

Overall a brilliant stay in this hotel

I had a brilliant stay at Shaza thanks to MD Rupchan who works on the 4th floor who helped us several times each day I stayed in this hotel (5 days). He made sure my family had everything they required and was really respectful around the rest of my family. will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future and will request to stay on the floor where MD Rupchan is working.

The place and the hotel are beautiful, but we didn’t get the comfort we expected due to the noise

A beautiful hotel with an excellent team, always with a cheerful face and clean

The hotel was expensive and the breakfast was also pricey compared to the food available just a step away. The area was under construction and from our room, we were hearing loud hammer like - noises starting from 6AM and continuing for about an hour. We had booked remote hotel far our trip. Unfortunately thy constant disturbances gave us headaches, and we were forced to leave the hotel early in the morning and return only late at night

Had the worst meal in the restaurant,aspargus with ham the aspergus was over cooked ant totally smashed ,got a dessert as compensation which was ok ,hotel is very run down and need refurbishing and price is very overrated . Breakfast was as it is in holland nothing fancy

In general, the hotel is not bad, there are no complaints about the staff. but there is a significant problem with the equipment.

The air conditioner didn't work in my room. the manager at the reception said that it does not work in the entire hotel, only in ventilation mode, this is the policy of the company. as a result, inside the room is very hot, +27, it is very uncomfortable to sleep at night. Of course I can open the window, but it's also hot outside and mosquitoes fly at night. to solve the problem, the manager from the reception advised me to write an email to a certain office. with a two night stay, solving problems by email does not sound very realistic. To be honest, this is the first time I've come across a hotel with such a strange air conditioning policy.

Easy acces, clean hotel. Avoid the fitness area.

The hotel is easy to reach, parking with lots of space, good size room.

Fitness area is in the pool part of the building (means not the best air, extremely rusty device) and only 3 devices available.
