Clean and quiet

This was a lovely place to stay, very comfortable and stylish, with a very friendly welcome.

Very hospitable, with coffee, tea and fruit in the room. The photos are very true to the accommodation and to the view. It's a very nice, safe feeling area, within 30 minutes relaxed walk to the centre of Utrecht, with nice cafés and restaurants within a 5 to 15 minute walk. It's on loads of bus routes if you don't feel like walking. I would definitely recommend staying here.

As often with Dutch architecture, there are steep, narrow stairs, but it's worth the climb.

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Utrecht

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, sehr ruhig aber nicht weit vom Zentrum gelegen. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und ausgesucht. Sehr gute Qualität der Einrichtung mit sehr schnellem WLAN. Die Toilette auf dem Gang hat nicht gestört, da sie nur von unserem Zimmer erreichbar war.

Gemütlich und praktisch

Das Zimmer liegt sehr gemütlich unter dem Dach ! Die steilen Treppen in diesen typischen holländischen Häusern sind eine Herausforderung 😁😂zu Fuss ist man schnell im Zentrum und Parkplätze hat es direkt vor dem Haus. Alles perfekt.Mireille stellt Kaffee, Tee und auch Wasser bereit. Sogar einen Regenschirm haben wir gefunden 😁

Sehr hübsches gemütliches Zimmer in ruhiger Lage. 5 Minuten zur Straßenbahn, alles gut erreichbar. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Alles perfekt! Für zwei Personen toll.

Lo mejor para unas vacaciones tranquilas

Habitación muy confortable y amplia. La anfitriona te ayuda en todo momento. Colchón cómodo. Tiene un pequeño frigorífico, hervidor de agua, cafetera Nespresso con cápsulas para usar y un poco de menaje que ayuda a hacerte un desayuno rápido o una cena básica. A menos de 10 minutos andando hay dos supermercados. Restaurantes a unos 10-15 minutos aunque no llegamos a entrar. También hay un par de cafeterías para desayunar a otros 10 minutos. No está en el centro, pero si te gusta caminar(trayecto muy bonito), en unos 25 minutos estás en pleno centro histórico o puedes coger autobús cuya parada está a unos 5 minutos. El billete del autobús lo puedes pagar en el mismo bus con tarjeta de crédito o débito. El barrio es precioso y muy tranquilo. La calle donde está el B&B es maravillosa.

Tiene el aseo fuera de la habitación, aunque es de tu uso privado, no me resultó cómodo, pero es algo personal porque realmente estás como en tu propia casa. Eso sí, es bastante pequeño para alguien que sea alto o grande.

Ruhige Lage, stilvolles Zimmer im Dachgeschoss

Das Zimmer im 2. Stock eines schmucken Hauses ist stilvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin wohnt in der Etage darunter - sie ist sehr zuvorkommend, eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist gut: Sehr ruhig in einem schönen Viertel. Man erreicht die Unterkunft gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, da die nächste Bushaltestelle nur 5 Minuten entfernt liegt. Wer sehr gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch bis in die Altstadt laufen - wir haben ungefähr eine halbe Stunde gebraucht. Sehr zu empfehlen: Ganz in der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es die beste Eisdiele Utrechts: "Roberto Gelato".

Stijlvol ingerichte, ruime kamer op steenworp afstand van de binnenstad van Utrecht. Van alle denkbare gemakken voorzien. Fijne en-suite douche ruimte met grote wastafel. Het is bed is zeer goed en mooi beddengoed: heerlijk geslapen. Eigenaresse gastvrij en heel vriendelijk. Een plek om terug te komen.

Ik heb geen enkel punt van kritiek. Dit is echt een topplek!

Fin de semana en Utrecht

La cama era muy cómoda y la ducha me encantó. La ubicación es genial porque es un barrio tranquilo, muy verde y con casas hermosas. Las dos escaleras empinadas hasta llegar a la habitación no fueron ningún problema. Me encantaba ver al gato durmiendo en el sofá cada vez que me iba o volvía de la habitación 😅.

Quizá por una cuestión de costumbre, me hubiese gustado tener el inodoro en la habitación misma.
