Beautiful Apartment in a Great Location

Beautiful Little Apartment which was very tastefully furnished. Great Location and you can easily Walk everywhere. The bed is very comfy :)

Lovely unit

Room was lovely and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was gorgeous. Room was well appointed. Hosts were very attentive. Location was good, 15 minutes to historic areas.

The neighbourhood is lovely and very residential. But as with many Dutch places, it is directly on the sidewalk which means it is noisy. You clearly hear conversations of people walking or biking on the street, as well as noise from the flat above. So beware if you want quiet. Also, We were there 2 nights and were surprised that the room was not serviced. Normally it does not matter to us for only 2 days, but it would have been nice for the garbage to be picked up.

Great for a short stay. Hosts very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful set up with luxury linens and towels. Lovely community setting just off the main drag so close to everything.

A bit noisy as it does not have double glazed windows. Street noise and noise from home above so take earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

It is an excellent stay in Utrecht and values the money you pay for it. Excellent location.

People could see constantly all your room as it is at street level, so you had to keep your curtains down all day!

Stylish and clean apartment only 25min walking distance from the train station (or 5min by bike ;)). It was great to have coffee and tea upon arrival. Very peaceful and calm neighbourhood.

Everything was good and apartment is perfect for a short time stay. For longer stays having mini kitchen with microwave would be good.

It was as if I am at home.

It is a very nice room, beautifully decorated, new, warm, comfortable, and very clean. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, near the city center. Bus stations and supermarkets are within 3-4 minutes of walk. The hosts are very friendly, polite and hospitable.

Een knus en gezellige kamer met aandacht voor de kleinste details!

De locatie was top en het was super duidelijk hoe je binnen kon komen. Het ruime bed was fantastisch, zeker als je in je eentje er slaapt voel je je de koning te rijk! Aan de kleinste details is gedacht: bonbons bij de koffie en thee, bordjes en bestek, genoeg handdoeken en een fijn uitleg boekje over o.a. de gordijnen en het licht.

Het enige wat ik miste was een rekje voor m'n eigen douchegel en shampoo e.d., ik vind het altijd fijn om dit zelf mee te nemen en moest dit nu op de grond kwijt (geen ramp natuurlijk maar een mini tip).

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist super gemütlich. Von der Unterkunft ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, trotzdem liegt sie in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und groß. Die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll.

Es ist recht hellhörig, wer einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte oropax dabei haben.
