    We stayed here for two nights in April 2026. 1) The location is great. It is a 15 minute walk to the station and to the Domkerk. There are plenty of shopping and eating options next to the hostel. There is a bus stand quite nearby. 2) The WIFI is free with good speed and connectivity. 3) The hostel has a free luggage storage for the guests. 4) There is a laundry machine available for the guests. 5) The front desk is manned 24/7 and the staff was quite courteous and helpful. The check-in/check-out was quite fast. 6) The place is quiet at night and the sleep quality was great. 7) The room and bathroom were of adequate sizes and were quite clean. 8) The tariff was reasonable.

    The main elevator was not working the whole time I was there. The rooms were clean and the washrooms were clean. Atmosphere is lacking. Basically just a place to sleep at night.

    While the hostel chain is called Stayokay I actually had a pretty great stay ;) The location is close to everything you'd need in Utrecht - just <10 mins walk away from Domplein, if you're in town for the museums it was also a very easy and pleasant walk all the way down to the museumpark area - you get to enjoy some window shopping along the way too! Unfortunately their fire alarm system went haywire during one of my nights there in the middle of the night which was unpleasant and unfortunate. Overall I'd still highly recommend this place :)

    experience depends on guests who staying at the same time. during my stay was 'scolded' by a light sleeper at the bottom deck bed.
