A good comfortable rest after a long trip and a pleasant visit with a friendly person (and cats).

Near rail lines with frequent commuter trains, but did not hear them when in our room. Got good night of sleep after two flights (one very long) and a train ride Owner lady very friendly and helpful, with 2 friendly cats (one cat enjoyed laying on our laps) Very good continental breakfast, ate in our dining/living room section. Just a 10 minute walk to/trom a good restaurant (with family cliental) and a bus line to the city center.

When arrived at Utrecht central RR station, we were too tired to figure out bus route. So we paid $46 for a taxi to this B&B.

Nice spot just out of the city

Cozy place with a great breakfast. We were. A bit worried about the trains, but either they stopped at night, or we couldn't head them once we went to bed.

Very cozy and comfortable B&B

The B&B is located in a very nice and calm place near a castle and a park. We were immediately welcomed by the very friendly host Petra who really wants to make sure to have a good stay. Furthermore the B&B is comfortably furnished and the beds were amazing and we have slept very well. Regarding the breakfast she asked what time suited us best and it was delicious and sufficient.

Everything was fine so nothing negative to add! :)

Home from home, private apartment attached to main house. Excellent attention to detail with a sustainable feel. Friendly hosts. Good WiFi. Microwave, tea and coffee making facilities. Very comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast (pastries and eggs)

No Television, however it did not say that there was. A small sink for washing up in the kitchen would be useful.

leuk huisje. Netjes met klein huiskamertje. Dus dat overtrof mijn verwachting. Lekkere deken. Goeie douche. Heel handig je zo kan arriveren. Host hoeft zich niet te laten zien. Ontbijt netjes afgeleverd via een luikje. Leuk gedaan.

schöne, ruhige Unterkunft mit allem Nötigen und inkl. Leckerem Frühstück. Kurzer Fußweg zur Busstation und von da sehr schnell in der Stadt.

Sehr süß

Super süße kleine Unterkunft. Die Dame die diese führt war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles geklärt (Bus usw). Frühstück war mit viel liebe und sehr lecker. Bett sehr gemütlich.

Vielleicht kann man in Erwägung ziehen einen kleinen TV anzubieten, wäre cool gewesen abends gemütlich einen Film schauen zu können.

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Gemütliche mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Unterkunft mit zwei Zimmern und kleinem Bad. Das einfache Frühstück nimmt man in seinem Zimmer ein. Meine Unverträglichkeiten wurden berücksichtigt. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 20 Minuten außerhalb. Aber wir konnten an der Unterkunft günstig Fahrräder ausleihen und haben so wahrscheinlich noch mehr von Utrecht gesehen.

Urgemütlich eingerichtetes Häuschen, die bequemsten Betten, die man sich vorstellen kann, liebevolles individuelles Frühstück, supernette Gastgeber. Nur wer unbedingt anonyme Hotelatmosphäre haben will, wird etwas anderes suchen.Für uns war alles perfekt!!

Een paar dagen zijn voor ons voldoende. Wij zijn dan ook niet meer zo jong.

Het ontbijt was heel lekker. Precies naar onze wens. De locatie was buiten stad, verder dan we gedacht hadden. De bus vlakbij was de goede oplossing en zeer comfortabel.

Niets speciaal. Prijs en kwaliteit was in evenwicht.

La zona è bucolica, molto rilassante. Le stanze sono state ricavate da vecchi edifici ed arredate in modo molto artistico in stile vintage campagnolo. Piacevole. La colazione buona

La posizione è alquanto lontana dal centro. Ci hanno consigliato il bus ma noi abbiamo preferito andarci a piedi ( 50 minuti). Il bagno è piccolissimo

Leuke B&B met aardige host, perfect om Utrecht te bezoeken

Een heel mooie locatie, 7 minuten van bushalte naar centrum Utrecht. Goed ontbijt, niet heel erg culinair of streekproducten, maar meer dan voldoende. Goede koffie en goede thee op kamer. Huisje heeft leuke woonkamer, slaapkamer met goede bedden en schone douche-toiletruimte. Voelden ons welkom en mochten ook op laatste dag auto’s laten staan. Zeker B&B om keer terug te komen.

Jammer dat combimagnetron niet echt een ovenfunctie heeft.

Das Frühstück bestand aus 1 Brötchen, 1 Scheibe Käse und ein Joghurt. Lecker ja jedoch wenig. Großer Wohnbereich gute Dusche und gute, bequeme Betten

Steckdosen an den zugänglichen Stellen, Passwort für das WLAN war handschriftlich, trotz einigen Versuchen konnte ich mich nicht einloggen.
