Amazing apartment in a really nice and silent area

the apartment is super nice, ideal if you're planning to spend some time there, as you can enjoy the backyard or the big saloon if you wanna stay indoors.

at least in our apartment (the one just under the roof), the beds were right under some windows, and in the morning light was waking me up, cause even with the curtain closed, the light would pass underneath, right where my face was

Quiet location out of the city short 15 minute bike ride into Utrecht. Amazing breakfast and beautiful garden out the back with fresh fruit for picking

We loved the accommodation, the locality, the access to rad and bus networks. The accommodation is lovely but not in a high class manner, but in a laid back relaxing manner. The room was larger than usual accommodation with further access to a kitchen area and a large stylish communal room. The breakfast is lovely and is brought to the room every morning, so you can eat inside or on the terrace or even in the garden, which is CA great choice to have. The garden is large with various sitting areas and options. The parking is secure

My only issue would be that it is not situated near shops or supermarkets. But that is a personal note as you'd need to drive or bus for shopping, if it's required.

Great apartment with beautiful garden

The apartment is very comfortable and has direct access to the beautiful garden. Breakfast was huge and delicious! WiFi was fast and parking spots were free on premises. We took our bicycles and enjoined riding in the area - it’s a perfect place for cycling holiday!

A beautiful bucolic setting on the outskirts of Utrecht

Ideally located at a 6-7 km from the center of Utrecht (20 mn by bike along parks and canals - bikes available for rent at the property), the large apartment is in a quiet and green environment: possibility to park your car for free on premices, access to a beautiful terrasse, garden and a common indoor space. It is worth staying there several days to discover Utrecht and easily reach Amsterdam, den Haag…etc by train. Have dinner in the city center and come back afterwards by bike along canals to enjoy a quiet evening at the property. The apartment is charming, well equipped and comfortable. Very good breakfast and very welcoming hosts. Excellent accommodation that we highly recommend.

Great location, Great people, away from the city but still within. Very friendly people, very helpful. Overall a great experience and recommendable, especially if with family or as exhibitor for the Expo (only 3km away)

Magical place

We had a wonderful stay, we felt like home, the owners are so nice and the whole place is beautiful, not only the rooms, which are so well decorated but also the common room and the garden, there was even a glass house with a chimney. Breakfast was delicious and brought to our room, and the city is easy to reach by bike or bus. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, hope to come back soon!

Lovely host, comfortable and in pretty countryside

The greeting when I arrived was warm and welcoming. I don't eat breakfast so instead fresh fruit was brought to my room every day which was nice. There were minibar facilities which were very well priced.

Whilst the B&B is in a beautiful location with lovely gardens and countryside it was not very convenient for work.

Exceptional

Very cozy appartement, clean and with a personal touch. Convenient beds and a shower. In the shared kitchen we could easily warm up food. Very convenient if you don't feel like eating out.The terrass and the whole garden is the most amazing part of accomodation. We wish we spent the whole week there. And stuff is incredible friendly. We definitely would be back.

I went for a writing retreat and it was perfect for creative thinking, quiet and reflection!

The beauty of the gardens and comfort, style of the rooms. Everything you need was available. Very serene location and a great place to work, relax, base yourself to travel into Utrecht. I loved that each apartment has its own outdoor area to sit. My room had huge glass doors onto a stunning garden space. The couple running it were so helpful too.

Honestly- it was just great. The only thing for me would be the breakfast- but that was me. It was good- but being English- if I go away- I like more cooked breakfast/ pancakes!!

Superb

Spacious and well maintained. Maarten was very helpful with our requests. The room comes with coffee machine, refrigerator, a small tv, spacious shower and a table for work. There is a nice garden area although the weather was not ideal to sit outside. Thanks Maarten!

Heerlijk voelt als thuiskomen.

Mooi ruim en gezellig appartement op een heerlijk rustige locatie met’ s ochtends een heerlijk ontbijt.

Verbeterpunten: Koelkast maakte veel geluid ‘s nachts. Gordijnen verduisterden de lantaarn voor het raam niet, deze ging overigens uiteindelijk ‘s nachts wel uit.

Geweldige plek!

Het ontbijt was heerlijk, met vers fruit fruit uit eigen tuin. De locatie was uitstekend, vlak bij Utrecht maar in een landelijke omgeving. Op de fiets waaren we in 20 minuten in het centrum van Utrecht. Ook vlakbij was Castellum Fectio en Landgoed Amelisweert. De kamer was zeer ruim. De eigenaars waren uitermate vriendelijk.

Een grote en gezellige kamer met veel lichtjes. Mooie eettafel en goede bedden. Het ontbijt werd op de kamer gebracht. Gezellig!

Alles prima. Enkele details: fruitsap in kannetje doen, dan moet het niet verspild worden als je het niet drinkt.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Veel ruimte en comfort in mijn kamer. Er waren andere gasten maar ik heb niemand gehoord.

Het had misschien ietsje warmer mogen zijn, maar de kou van de herfst was nogal plotseling ingevallen, dus dat is nog wel begrijpelijk.

Einige schöne Tage in der Nähe von Utrecht verbracht

das Frühstück war sehr lecker , von Brötchen über frisches Obst und Joghurt, über leckere Marmeladen bis hin zu Käse und Aufschnitt. Eine tolle Lage um die Gegend mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden oder problemlos nach Utrecht zu fahren ( was wir allen empfehlen, da man dann keine Parkplatzprobleme hat ), Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und bietet viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten - bei Bedarf-, es ist alles liebevoll und herzlich arrangiert und man sieht die Freude der Gastgeber bei der Gestaltung. Die Gastgeber leben dies auch im Umgang mit den Gästen aus.

Wir konnten keine Nachteile entdecken ganz im Gegenteil wir haben uns die anwesenden Tage sehr gefreut dort zu sein.

Waar verkeerde zuinigheid troef is !!

eigenaar die hielp koffers naar bovenappartement te dragen (dit vanwege de steile trap)

licht inkom appartement deed het niet, airco deed het niet (blaast wel maar geen gekoelde lucht) dus moest venster open maar dan hoor je het geluid van de snelweg, koelkast lekt binnen waardoor alle voedingswaren nat werden, douchedeur is open waardoor alle water eruit sijpelt, vieze spreien op de bedden en slechts 1 handdoek per persoon voor 4 nachten !! Eigenaar wil niet meer handdoeken geven omwile van make-up vlekken (nooit gehoord van wassen op 90 graden?)- als vele hotels/pensions hetzelfde zouden denken, zouden ze allen hun deuren moeten sluiten .. make-up vlekken op handdoeken is het risico van het vak, kwestie van goeie wasmachine en op 90 graden wassen .. kan alleen maar concluderen dat eigenaar niet hygiënisch wil te werk gaan ... of vindt warm wassen té duur ... Wij hebben hier vorig jaar ook geboekt en waren bijzonder blij met de accomodatie maar wat is deze B& B erop achteruit gegaan dit jaar!! Zijn bang om te investeren?? Letten teveel op de portemonnee en niet op het welzijn van de klant .. jammer ..

Parfait, à recommander, très bon rapport qualité/prix !

Endroit très calme, appartement spacieux, propre et confortable, belle salle de bain. Bel établissement bien situé pour visiter la région : Utrecht, Amersfoort, Almere,............... Le logement dispose en plus de pièces communes (salon, salle à manger, cuisine) avec un jardin magnifique (de nombreux endroits disséminés dans le jardin pour manger ou se reposer) ! Une disponibilité des hôtes, une gentillesse et l'accueil, tout y était pour passer un très bon séjour. Parking gratuit sur site clos.
