Clean, friendly and comfortable. The use of a bike for free was incredibly helpful. I was used one both days and saved me from having to rent one.

There are 2 WCs between 4 rooms which is fine- I imagine the smallest is difficult for females.

When we booked the hotel we overlooked the fact that we would have to share the shower and toilet with other guests. Despite this, we had a very comfortable night at the hotel; the staff are very friendly and the beds are comfortable. It was very quiet inside the building. The bedroom, shower and toilets are very clean and the little kitchen area has a kettle, microwave and cleaning equipment. There is plenty of on-street parking although it is very expensive (see the tariffs photograph). It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Utrecht

The pillows are thick and very firm!

Erdem let me in and was really nice and ready to help. The Wifi worked well, there is heating, the place is very central and around 12 minutes by foot from the main station. Towels, shampoo, tea bags are provided. The area is quiet, so there was no street noise. Reasonably clean.

It took me a while to find it, because nothing at all points to it being a B&B from the outside, look for a giant "28" on what looks like a private home. The shower and toilet are next to the corridor and the toilet room is super tiny with a tiny sink with no soap. Heating works quick, but is very loud and quickly became so hot that you could smell hot metal and burned dust. Had to turn it off again for the night. The walls are thin and you hear everything from the corridor. The bed is warm, but very small (90 cm or less) and the mattress seems old and way too soft (I sank in).
