Quality has decreased and needs to concentrate more on the safety of their clients

Access was not cleaned when it was snowing making it very dangerous for the travelers

Room was clean and staff were friendly

No electrics in the room. Was told we couldn’t move rooms as hotel was fully booked. Wasn’t offered any money off or anything. Only two drinks tokens. Not good enough for saying we had to shower in the dark and charge our phones in reception.

Wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel

Sketchy people in the lounge. The hotel is right next to a big casino, maybe that also has an effect. My bed sheets were dirty when we arrived - had hairs on them and sone other dark particles. When I asked the reception person to do something about it, he sad he will change the sheets, but only on one bed, as he can not change the other bed, because he is alone from the staff right now. A lot of dust in the room and generally not the most pleasant experience. I guess we wanted to save some money, but it wasn't worth it

Location. It is nowhere. The nearest restaurants are 2.5 km away so you are stuck with their food service and the prices are outrageous. Breakfast is 40 Euros, a beer 7.50.

Below Average Stat

The TV would not work and we had several issues with our hotel key cards. The staff were very unenthusiastic to help and never followed up on the issues we were having, only that they would "call again"

A comfortable stay with a well-sized room and cosy bedding, but the food could be improved.

he bed was soft and the sheets were very clean. The room was a good size and met our expectations. The only downside was the food, which we didn’t enjoy. Despite that, I’m giving 5 stars, as everything else was satisfactory.

We ordered food to our room for my son, but it seems the chicken was cooked the previous day.

Room was ok, breakfast was good, and plenty parkingspaces.

Communication. I asked twice via email for an early check-in, no answer. Called 2 days before my stay, I was advised to call in the morning on the day of my stay. Did so, was told they would make sure to have a room available at noon. When I checked in at noon, I was told I was very lucky, my room was the last one they had available for early check-in, the other rooms were given to other people who randomly checked in. I told them I sent 2 emails and called twice, even this morning, this was never communicated to the staff.

It has a high security fence and gates which make you wonder why they are needed. That is: is this an unsafe place? They did not make me feel welcome and made the property hard to access

I couldn't wait to write these. this hotel has the worst system i have ever seen in my life. Due to booking's fault, 2 of the same reservations were made. I explained the situation to bookinge and hotel officials. I spent all my energy on this in my 3-day trip. They took the money from us for the place 2 times we stayed only one of them and other we did not stay. It's a truly lousy hotel. I hope I never pass by it again!
