Cathedral bells chime every 15mins until 9:15? But ear plugs do the trick! Also windows are double glazed, which helps

I loved the stay and would happily return to this apartment another time.

The quiet yet central location in Vieux Lyon was superb. Also the sense of space due to the high ceiling. The apartment is very well designed and equipped.

The single bed area was fairly basic but it was as described. The aircon was very noisy.

It is not really a 2-bedroom apartment, but an open studio with one full queen-size bed and a small room with a single bed. Also, the rooms are "open", meaning they have no door, which we did not like too much. Also, it is located just opposite the Saint Jean Cathedral, which is lovely, but it comes with a downside: there are constantly street musicians performing on the square ... and not all of them are great to listen to...

Severe hygiene and safety issues, unacceptable customer support

The apartment was dirty, with unmade beds, damp linens, and exposed heating components creating a burn hazard. Loft bedrooms did not meet legal height requirements. Despite 45 minutes on the phone with Booking.com support, no real solution was provided. The property offered one free night, which we refused: we are not seeking charity, but the respect of our rights. Confusing communication and inadequate complaint management. Absolutely not recommended.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location but beware of the stairs!

Beautifully decorated, fantastic location

It would have been helpful to know how many stairs(there is a lot) one would have to climb to get the apartment, as well as stairs in the apartment. Having the bedroom on a different floor than the bathroom was not ideal. For more elderly couples, as well as those with kids, it is a problem.

Excellent location, spacious apartment. It’s well equipped and comfortable.

The configuration of the apartment was a little strange. Bedrooms are up a set of stairs and the bed is up a step with a low beam running across the area. You have to be very alert getting up in the night to walk downstairs to the bathroom…avoid hitting head on beam, don’t fall down steps.

Location was next to the metro, the center, cafés, and yet still felt exclusive. The interior was amazing.

Unbelievable location and very impressive apt in heart of old town (Vieux) Lyon!

Location is great. This can not be overstated. It was a very impressive location with such easy access to walk out and be in St. Jean Place. Thus, very convenient to Old Town, surrounding quaint walking streets, restaurants and shops. Apt is charming, large windows, AC was great during heat wave. Amenities were great with full kitchen, washer-dryer combo, Wifi, TV. Just very quaint to match its surroundings. The sheets/bedding were nice. Lighting was adequate with windows closed though natural light through windows is the way to go.

Not that we cared, but there are a few flights of steps up to apt. The queen (American size) bed was very comfortable but the twin and pullout couch were a step down in comfort but as expected and not bad at all. 4 towels were provided but no face/hand towels. There is only one wardrobe in twin room. Privacy is at minimum as rooms are essentially open to each other but you can keep out of view in your room/area. This place overall was great so hard to criticize anything at all. Mainly FYI.

Séjour très agréable, je recommande ce logement pour son charme et sa tranquillité!

Charme et calme du quartier et de l'appartement ainsi qu'un emplacement très pratique près du métro et de la presqu'île de Lyon. Contrairement aux photos, les chambres sont maintenant isolées du reste de l'appartement par des baies vitrées, c'est très appréciable! Propriétaire très réactive et à l'écoute.

La qualité de couchage du canapé lit est un peu inconfortable pour plusieurs nuits et quelques ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être ajoutés.

L'appartement est très agréable et très bien situé. Il faisait bien chaud (très appréciable après nos journées de visites sous la pluie) et la cuisine est entièrement équipé avec tous les produits de base en plus !
