Great location in Old Lyon

The location in old Lyon was wonderful. The air conditioner helped circulate the air. The washing machine was nice to have. The bathroom and kitchen were clean, as was the apartment. Coffee and maker were provided. The kitchen was fine, with a nice refrigerator and microwave.

Collecting the keys was a pain. Find one location, enter a code, then find the box, then choose a lockbox, then walk to the apartment, use the fob, then walk up the stairs, use a pink key which barely works and you are concerned you will break the key in the lock, then open your apartment door. At a minimum, fix the lock with the pink key. The bed is pushed up against the wall in a small room. So, very difficult for 2 people, especially if the person against the wall has to get up in the middle of the night. While the washing machine works, I would recommend leaving instructions for the guest. Same with the induction stove; I could not get it to work. While the photos show the apartment has a lot of natural light, it does not. Some guests apparently complained about the noise level, I never thought it was an issue and I am a light sleeper. Only one towel per person and one dish towel; no spare towels. Storing our luggage prior to check-in was not available; our only option was to pay an additional 15 euro for "early check-in."

Someone with mobility issues would find the stairs a problem - we didn't.

amazing place, RECOMMENDED

The location was perfect, right in Vieux Lyon, which makes visiting that much easier and enjoyable. You’re also close to a big road (important if u plan of ubering places) which was handy since it’s harder to navigate cars in the narrow streets of Vieux Lyon. The place is close to soooo many local Bouchons and cute bars, you also have a little shop close to it, which is handy. No elevator, but it’s only 1 floor up which was amazing for evenings after a long day of walking. The flat has everything u need, including AC for hot days (was veeeery important for us since Lyon was very hot when we were there). Lastly, the host was always responsive, no matter what when I texted them, they were always getting back to me quickly and in a super friendly manner. Overall, AMAZIIIIING stay!!! We loved every bit of it

Location was great. Check in and out was simple.

The mattress is only thin and foam and quite uncomfortable. The place could use a good deep clean and some maintenance.

The floors were a little dirty, the entrance way isn't the nicest and the doors are difficult to open. A lot of that is down to the apartment being in the old town in an old building but still not great.

Location and the facilities is great

The key and locking system are complicated for that first time guest to check in. The apartment below is a lively restaurants area that can be noisy (they provide ear plug) and the street light is very bright even the apartment lights are completely switched off.

Small apartment in a great location.

Location of the apartment is great and key collection is easy. There are many restaurants and shops nearby and still the room is relatively quiet. Apartment is clean and well organized. Air conditioner available, very important for a summer night.

There's no option to leave your suitcase somewhere before check in or after check out. Door was very difficult to open for the first time. Only two small shampoo/shower gel for four days stay of two people, a bit short.

Nice but noisey

Excellent location in old town - nice little apartment!

We stayed over a weekend and it was very, very noisey as there is a bar directly below that is open til 4am. The neighbours are very noisey as well and threw parties until 7am! There were earplugs provided at the apartment though so that helped.

Great location

The windows should be double paned it's noisy outside. Also the ventilation fan in the bathroom would never stop making noise. The mattress and the pillows were not very comfortable.

Good localization

Geographic localization is the best about this apartment. The decoration was modern and clean. No issues to have the key, even if we arrived late. Communication with the host was nice as well. Nice for 2 person spend a couple of days. Close to restaurants and bars.

Absolutely no isolation for the sound, which is quite annoying considering that the apt is in a street which received lot of people day and night. The bed is not comfortable.

Great little studio in great location

Location was great for us, among the Bouchons and independent shops on cobbled streets. Well-adapted studio apartment which suited our needs and felt very secure too.

If you're a light sleeper, you might find it quite noisy in the morning as the windows aren't double glazed. They're a little drafty too.

Wonderful and comfortable apartment very well-located and a very nice host! :)

Carine is a wonderful host. She was always available and very nice. Things like getting the key or just the usual communication during my stay were uncomplicated. She was also always willing to answer questions or to give tipps for example sightseeing, public transport etc. She's doing her best to make her guest feeling comfortable and welcomed. The appartement is very clean with cute decorations and very well located in the old town. I can really much recommand this accommodation.

Au centre de tout!

L'emplacement est super, on est au centre de la vieille ville. On y trouve des dizaines de restauration et de boutiques.

C''est la fête toutes les nuits sur la petite rue et le bruit est incessant jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Les équipements sont très rudimentaires. Une nouvelle cafetière ne serait pas un luxe

Ne vous fiez pas a l'entrée du vieil immeuble lorsque vous arrivez...Super bien situé dans le vieux Lyon cet appartement est très agréable. Conforme aux photos et à la description. Une proximité du centre très appréciable.
