Emplacement exceptionnel en plein cœur du vieux Lyon
Studio meublé avec goût
Communication très facile et fluide avec le loueur ( très réactif)

Aucun bruit malgré l’emplacement central
La 5G ne passe pas une fois dedans et la wifi est bof. Il suffit de sortir dans la cours pour capter.

Apartment is a remodelled garage, so it's smallish and bit cave-like. Bed, small cooking area, bathroom, no couch or sitting area. Okay for a short stay if you plan to spend your time mostly outdoors. Location is fantastic, right on cathedral square in old town (but quiet at nighttimes though). Metro, funiculars, restaurants, supermarkets, all at your doorstep. Bellecour and commercial centre in walking distance.
Being on ground floor with no insulation it was a bit cold in winter.

The location was amazing, the flat was clean and comfortable, just like in the photos. Great value for price.
Just would change the pillows which were not great and the shower leaked on the bathroom floor.

L'écoulement de la douche fuit et transforme la salle de bains en piscine ou on ne peut accéder qu'avec des bottes ou pieds nus en mode prélavage.....D'autre part ,pour 2 personnes il n'est fourni qu'une grande et une petite serviette ce qui est est insuffisant ....
Enfin nous souhaitions un ventilateur mais il nous a été impssible de joindre la conciergerie qui gère le studio !
Cela ne mettrait pas votre bénéfice en déficit de prévoir qq sachets de nescafé et de thé pour l'arrivée de vos locataires .
