Valencio - Un belvédère sur le Vieux Lyon

Logement très mignon avec une jolie vue sur le vieux Lyon. Très propre Il est vrai que l'accès n'est pas simple (ça monte) mais c'est dans le charme du vieux Lyon.

Le canapé est un peu petit, pas très confortable pour se poser à 2. Alors à 3 c'est impossible. En pleine période de grosses chaleur on a eu chaud, surtout dans le lit en hauteur. Heureusement il y a bien un ventilateur dans l'appartement.

L'emplacement, le propreté, le calme, l'équipement. la simplicité d'accès.

On the downside: the studio is located in the hills on the edge of the old town. You cannot drive directly to it, and finding a parking spot for the car takes quite some effort. Parking is extremely expensive: 10 hours of street parking costs €55. Parking is free in the evenings from 20:00 to 09:00, and on weekends. Therefore, if you want to stay from Monday until Wednesday morning at 09:00, it will cost €110. The studio is suitable for people without mobility issues who travel light, for example only with a backpack. The owners should also update the information: it is not a two-bedroom apartment but a studio, where the sleeping area, living area, and kitchen are all in the same space. Deposit €350 will be back at your account after 10-15 days…. Since there was no prior warning about the parking problem, nor any information that the studio cannot be reached by car, I can only give a rating of 5.
