Bad for the money

I liked the clean water at the sea,but the beach was very dirty

The rooms was very dirty,the cleaning lady came every day but to change the towels and nothing else.The yard and beach were very dirty

Disapointing, I wouldnt recognise this as a 5 star hotel and wouldnt recommend it.

The location, the beachfront was lovely. Most of the staff were really pleasent and the Spa was great. the grassed garden is a lovely place to relax.

The food was good but little variety throughout the week. The whole resort wasnt very clean and the restaurant often ran out of basics like brown bread and butter. Also, diet coke/ pepsi max and other sugar free drinks were an extra charge. Only full fat coke and sprite was available in all-inclusive. Also, considering its advised that people dont drink the tap water, the hotel did not provide bottled or clean water as part of the all-inclusive, bottled water had to be purchased as an extra.

Great food. High hospitality any full support of guests needs. Excellent beach. Perfect entertainment. Hotel personal are highly involved into resolving of guests needs. All needed infrastructure in place. Many rooms are after renovation. Recommendation to improve facilities and toys collection on the mini clubs.

first of all it is not a hotel, not a resort, something like bungalows maybe it doesn’t deserve even 1*, and too far from 5*, it doesn’t offer anything and it’s not good value for the money you will pay staff is not kind, not helpful, not professional especially the guy and the girl working on the reception, and also in the restaurant also most of them don’t even speak English, neither do they understand too old, needs renovation, not clean, no elevator except in the main building you can’t even see the sea from the trees, and you will pay extra money for a room with a sea view during the whole stay there was no wifi at all or it was with poor signal beach is with rocks, not possible to enter into the water, especially for kids, and also no umbrellas on the beach, it’s a beachfront property but without the beach:) nobody cleans around the pool area, it’s too dirty with drinks, cups, straws if you order a drink you will never get it cause they are forgetting constantly about everything mini market is empty they are forcing you all the time to use their spa, offering you discount and calling you in the room the room was not ready when it supposed to be we got two single beds although we requested one double, and it was very uncomfortable no electric sockets in the room, no normal hair dryer, no kettle food is with limited choices, it’s not delicious and no option for the kids, fruits and vegetables are never fresh, if you are lucky enough, you may find a table and eat in the restaurant, if no then you may end up eating on the bar or in the lobby or even in front of the reception both coffee machines are never working at the same time, one is all the time out of order daily activities are starting with delay

Superb

Our stay was great, we booked at a great price, the staff was very friendly(they all knew english), food was good and different types every day, decent drinks, rooms comfortable, clean and spacious, we we're gifted a bottle of wine in our room on arrival, beach very close and between the hotel and the beach is a beautiful area filled with olive trees, i would gladly recommend for those looking for a peaceful trip.

The hotel bar serves you cheaper variants of what you asked for, although they had them on display.

Disappointing

The concept was great. The view from the rooms we stayed in looked over at the sea which was decent. The hotel had its own beach as well. The staff was friendly.

It didn't look exactly like the pictures. It was quite confusing as we expected something else from the booking. They had a pool, which was only open until 7pm. There was nothing open all night, even the pool bar closed at 11pm. There was no restaurant or a place where we could do something in the evening. There were no events. The spa and spa pool closed at 6pm. The beach was quite rocky and uncomfortable. We ended up looking for another beach on the 2nd day. We also had to leave and drive 20km to have some fun at night. Even the daytime options were quite limited. Also the food wasn't very good. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, the options were limited and the cooked options were very disappointing.

Relaxing Stay

Spacious spotless clean room with a sea view Personnel always with a smile. Nice beach with sunbeds under the olive-trees Extremely relaxing pool area. Highly recommended spot for exporing the 1st leg of Chalkidiki peninsula

Does not reflect 5 star hotel!

It is located by the sea (although the sea is not good as mentioned). Some of the food was tasty. It has very nice sea view ( the rooms towards sea side). The staff is very polite and helpful.

The hotel needs renovation, it is very tired and does not reflect 5 star hotel. The toilet flush was broken, the bed was noisy , there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the paint expanded. The see is full of rocks , stones and sea urchins. We were not happy for what we payed.. the buffet food was average. Not good value for money!

The food was the absolute worst food i've eaten in my life.
