Seaside headache

I managed to sleep.

Poor hospitality and poor customer service. Nothing was advertised as is and this was an overall bad experience. Anything I asked was met with an unaccommodating reply. I had trouble with the initial booking and staff interactions were blame shifting and condescending from the start. It was also a problem for them to hold my bags after checking out, even though they visibly had room in the storage. To say the least I won’t be staying here again.

There are nicer places in Sopot

Staff was friendly and it was clean and tidy. It’s very close to the beach.

It’s definitely overpriced for the service and comfort you get. The rooms are small and look like out of an Ikea catalogue. There are no bedside tables or anything else where you can put your phone, glasses, or a book, also in the bathroom isn’t any shelf where you can put your toothbrush, etc. Further, it’s extremely noisy because of all the party people walking along the promenade below the window all night long. If you want to have breakfast you have to walk to a nearby restaurant, they cooperate with.

Short and easy stay in the nice place.

Entry to the beach directly next to the hotel front door. Very good, actually perfect location on the beach and next to the center. Nice building. Automatic/"Online" check-in: door code, key card and invioce were there, no further clarification necessary.

The hotel entrance is difficult to find. You have to walk around the building to the sea side and the door is on the outer corner. (The description for this should be improved.)

Very nice location, room was clean when we came, nice with a fridge to store things, beach chairs to borrow

No air condition, very noisy from outside and inside the hotel, the sms you get with codes for check in should be more specific on what room you are staying at, no cleaning and you have to ask to get your towels changed yourself

Close to beach and party central. If you looking for quiet and sleep, I’d stay somewhere else.

Very close to the beach. Major plus for during the day. Close to centre with all the restaurants. Very friendly and super helpful staff. Beach chairs were available for use from the hotel too. No noise heard from other hotel rooms.

There was no AC but we made a plan with the fans in the room. One fan by the window and one inside, circulating the air. Had to sleep with window open for the heat. There is no sea view in summer due to trees having leaves. Not the hotels fault, but there is a very noisy beach promenade outside - take ear plugs if you want sleep. Gets really noisy when the clubs close and everyone walks either down to the beach (entrance right outside the hotel) or past the hotel. Great for people watching during the day though.

The only true plus is location ( although it can be loud late till night if you want to sleep) It’s clean and comfy but super small.

Breakfast was disappointment, because it was provided by restaurant nearby. It was not opened very early in the morning, rather late and it came a surprise to us. Also there was very little choice. Another thing is that sea view is only available in autumn and winter:)

Wonderful location but tiny room.

Location is fantastic, right in front of the beach. Beds were comfortable, toilet small but well equipped. Marine furniture very nice. Parking is located just close by meters the hotel. It might be engaging to find a parking place.

The room was really small, I did not know where to put the luggage. No isolation from other rooms, could here everything from the room just next to ours, but after all this might happen in hotels. Real problem was with breakfast which we paid in advance only to find out at the hotel that it was from 10 a.m., pretty late if you have plans starting in the morning. It could have been stated in the booking information, I would have decided not to have it. By the way, breakfast was good at the American restaurant.

The staff was really nice, helpful and really tried to do what's possible to make your stay a nice experience.

It's not the fault of the hotel, but the car park is really expensive - however the hotel provides you with other options, so they really do what they can :)

Exceptional

Inner designer of the room is done by very professional designer. There are ship ropes, combination of colours, blu+white, feeling of sea is everywhere in design. This is how sea house should look like. It is just 10 meters from the beach and price is 3 times cheaper than normally one can pay for staying in resort. Very nice place.

This is more like a Motel, not a hotel (4 stars at booking.com).

This is not a 4 star hotel, 5 min walk to eat breakfast, no room cleaning. Check-in was after three but there was no one at reception when we arrived. We had been given a code to enter the door to the "Motel" but we did not understand the reference to the room number which was in Polish. Got help from nice Polish people.

Perfect spot in beautiful Sopot

We had a very clean and comfortable room at Seaside Sopot overlooking the front promenade. A nice warm welcome from Milosz who was very pleasant and helpful at this lovely hotel in a perfect location a minutes walk from pier entrance. We stayed here to visit Gdansk but Sopot had so much more than we were expecting. I can't recommend this hotel enough if you stay in Sopot, free hot drinks, sweets and souvenirs too!

It was a little difficult to find by car...a minor problem though. Couldn't get the wifi to work but we had a great signal anyway.
