It was really nice and clean ! Location was great. Nice little complex that it’s in really secure. Nothing bad to say about it. Was allowed to check in earlier after messaging the owners which was a bonus. Easy to find.
Pigeons sit on the ledge of windows they woke us up in early morning making there noises so was tired throughout the day we had windows open as it was hot but had to shut them. But don’t let that affect your stay. There is a fan in room.

The host was friendly, responsive and quick to help whenever we had an issue, which we really appreciated. The apartment was in a good location, with an easy 10–15 minute walk into the centre of York's historic town.
The apartment didn't quite match the photos, and getting in and out with a car was quite inconvenient, especially with the uncovered parking space on the top floor and no lift. We also had ongoing issues with the shower temperature, which was either freezing cold or scalding hot until a plumber was able to attend, and the bed felt more like a sofa bed than a standard bed.
