Close to City Centre. Clean and good quality facilities. Parking is included which is a big bonus in York.

Could have done with more coat hangers, more glasses and a bottle opener but these are only minor issues.

The location is less than a five minute walk from the city center. Supermarkets close by. Situated on the canal so nice scenic walk to the center. The property is clean, welcome pack full of information and even a little bag of treats and essentials provided which was a nice touch. Everything you need from a speaker, toaster, kettle, to, fan, heating and toiletries l!

The location was great The settee was great, I liked the curtains and cushions The bathroom was nice and we had lovely white towels I was especially pleased that there was a full length mirror (and a nice, big round one on the wall)

No Space for guest things The wardrobe was already full! Washing machine (?!), second large fan, two hairdryers, light bulbs!, camping bed etc No hanging space and no drawers to speak of and 2 coat hangers (!), really struggled with this The handing cloth shelves are no good and use up half the hanging space, no full length hanging space for dresses at all No where for our stuff in the kitchen as no drawers for cutlery, utensils etc so they took precedence on worktop, not easy to use top cupboards safely. Too much clutter i.e. large wicker basket with nothing in it ?? and plants. The fake ones are awful, especially the hanging one next to the bed. They collect dust and don't look nice. The arched window was lovely in shape and style but dirty. The pictures are miserable. The bed needs a new mattress. We thought it was in need of a refurb and a change in how necessary (and only necessary) things are kept I struggled to get the bunch of fobs and key back in the box and shut it Guests should be warned about the flights of steps to the car, no lift I know it was hot but the room was stifling and we had the cooling fan on constantly

The location was brilliant for walking into city centre.

Noise from apartment above most evenings, loud banging and stomping about. Bed very uncomfortable as it was a pull down bed like a camping bed and floor was filthy down from the headboard, obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a long while. We got 2 parking fines once home as York stays had not registered our number plate for the parking in the allocated space.
