Cocoa Loft - parking included

Had some difficulty however once in all was forgotten and we wrote the info down and continued with our stay

Just the getting in to property could have been better I was not amazed any info until the moment I arrived and called the properties for info but a wonderful lovely lady was fantastic help

everything nice clean and comfy apartment great location

Location was excellent, security and ease of access (once figured out) was extremely good, standard of furnishing great and facilities marvellous

Thé apartment was clean and modern.

Didn’t like all the faff of getting into the building with the 3 different codes for the various doors and then having to park the car in the designated bay, using another code to access a key safe for the car park fob. parking bay was on the roof top and had to walk up and down the many stairs. Didn’t like the 4pm checkin. Seemed like our first day was wasted. Even though we did get a message earlier to say the accommodation was ready it was hard to know what to do. Go early park elsewhere or go for checkin time. Didn’t like the location. Stayed in York many times before and we are definitely going back to a B&B in a better area. It was just full of red built apartments and didn’t have the same appeal as other areas we have stayed in. The actual apartment was a long way away from the entrance to the building. Overall the apartment was clean and modern. There was a noisy spring in the bed. A couple of bulbs needed replacing which I left a note about. Unfortunately we won’t be going back to Cocoa Loft apartments.
