The Butler Suite with parking for one car

Good location. Very quiet. We thought the standard of the accommodation was very good and comfortable and would not hesitate to rebook.

I had issues with the key safe, which I mentioned on the phone. The lever at the side was very stiff and neither of us could get it to work. Also, it would have been very helpful if there was salt and pepper, foil, kitchen roll…. Just a few very basic items in the kitchen which it wasn’t worth us purchasing for a two night stay. The pillows on the beds seemed to be similar thicknesses, which I personally found too thick, so some variation would have been helpful.

The location was fantastic, everything was in walking distance. The apartment was excellent, very clean with everything you needed. Loved everything about our visit, would highly recommend staying there & would deffo go back.

Location was ideal within York. Property was comfortable and stylish.

Stairwell within car park wasn’t pleasant and wouldn’t feel comfortable on my own - however l was within a family. Fob didn’t work for the door into car park opposite the main entrance.

A complicated process which was supported by an explanatory video. I helped several people gain access to their lets in the building

The stairwell to the car park was appalling and very scary. There was hair in the bath and on the floor. There was not a bathmat supplied for the shower room. There was an Oreo packet just under the twin room bed. The duvet covers on the twin room were not done up. The pillows not tucked correctly. The heated towel rail in the shower room did not work. Not all spotlights were in working order. The grill pan did not have a rack necessitating having to purchase foil. The terrace was unusable due to bird excrement and feathers together with green fungi on the wooden slats. This property should not be sold as having outside space.
