Location was excellent. We could walk everywhere. I also liked looking out at the canal. Nice to have a small balcony.
No air conditioning, and we were there during a heat wave.

Position was good and good size
Could not use balcony. It was dirty had old food on it and a bird’s nest. Picked this apartment partially because of balcony

Great location to shops and restaurants and private parking very useful.
No fans working in either of the bathrooms and with no windows either it smelt very musty throughout the flat. The flat was not ready at 3pm the cleaner was still in there for a good 40 minutes after this.
There were pigeons nesting on the balcony and the patio table snd chairs were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a while covered in bird poo etc
