The flat was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable and towels were soft. It's in a central location near lots of shops and restaurants, just a few minutes from Shambles and an easy stroll to York Minster. We appreciated that the check in instructions were detailed and included coordinates to the flat's exact location using What3words.
Stairs inside are quite steep (not a problem for us but something to be mindful of for those with small children or mobility issues). We also had an issue getting the door keys upon arrival as we were initially sent outdated instructions which sent us to the wrong lockbox. It was very stressful after a long day of traveling and it took a little time to get sorted.

It’s a nice property for a very old building. Its proximity to everything downtown is quite nice.
The owner didn’t send an email with full check in instructions until I was there with luggage in hand on the day of. I booked 9 months in advance. The apt temperature and crowd noise from the street below are not pleasant things. Getting my refund back for the parking garage was a hassle and took way too long and several emails. With service like this I would not use again or recommend.
