The best thing about this apartment was the location, just 6 minutes walk from York centre and the secure underground parking.
We had issues with the apartment, cleanliness (shower dirty, bin full of rubbish from previous occupant) 2nd bedroom, (small wardrobe shelf and rail fell down); these issues were put right by the letting agent which was good hence the high customer service. The bedrooms and beds are small and we (4 people) found the beds (both rooms) uncomfortable. The sofa was also not comfortable. To sum up, the apartment is in my opinion not luxury, its tired and in need of some maintenance.
