Walking distance to the city centre. Off road private parking. Clean & comfortable. Perfect for two. The Christmas tree was a nice touch. Well equipped. York Brewery beer hall next door!!!

Some confusion about the parking permit - there wasn’t one! Satisfactorily resolved with a chat with a City Lets rep. on site. Not good parking when initially getting the key from the key safe. We were worried about the dining table - we thought we might damage it!

Perfect location for a city break in York in a comfortable top floor apartment.

Perfect location, private parking, comfortable apartment with good shower and well equipped small kitchen. Great communication even when the parking permit was missing. Lovely touch of a Christmas tree when we walked in the door.

Some of the towels were a little ragged and seen better days. One of the windows did not close properly so let in a cold draft. Not a great view from the lounge.

Location, lounge area, general apartment, tea towel, and toiletries on bathroom towels. Friendly and helpful staff when called as no parking permit, problem instantly resolved.

Lift would have been amazing but aware that’s out of your control. Bed was on the hard side

Lovely apartment in the heart of York.

Lovely apartment, nicely set up, felt like home. Excellent location, within walking distance to all the highlights of York and plenty of cafes/restaurants around if you did not feel like cooking.

Fabulous quiet relaxing stay. It was so quiet and just what I needed to recharge my batteries.

Excellent location and local to supermarket etc.

My only downside was I didn’t check to see if there was a lift in the apartment block. When I booked I hadn’t realised the apartment was on the third floor. (This was totally my fault).

Spacious, comfortable, excellent location and parking.

Nice and spacious, good location and parking. Lots of great restaurants near by. Quick walk into the city centre. Recommend over a hotel because you have more room and amenities.

It was a little hot at night, but we were in a heatwave and we did have a fan, so I don’t think we can be too critical about that.

Excellent would definitely come back and definitely stay here again

Everything was as detailed. Though it’s on 2nd floor, not 3rd which was a bonus. Spacious and very suitable for a couple. Location is excellent just a stones throw from The Shambles and lots and lots of really good restaurants nearby. Can recommend Everest Nepalese restaurant also ASK which is located in the old assembly room (about 10 min walk)

The place was lovely and clean with the ideal location with everything in walking distance plus at a great price! Good cooking stuff provided, nice touch with the towels and shower supplies. The shower was great with, arguably the best water pressure.. The bed was comfy. As were the pillows. Also lots of natural light in the flat which was lovely to wake up to

Hair dryer wasn't in the stated drawer in the book, thankfully I'm nosey and found it in the bottom drawer with the broken handle. I put it in the top drawer as thats where the book said it was stored. The instructions to find the bins was missing and had to locate the bins at the end of our stay ourselves. The instructions to find the key lock box were a bit unclear after doing hours of traveling, but the only way around that would be to have it closer on the wall by the gate with the other ones.

Excellent city centre location, good facilities and on site parking is a real bonus. Only one improvement would make it better and that's a better mattress - the current one is very hard and uncomfortable.

The property is in an excellent location for exploring York on foot. Very clean, comfortable and well presented. A major plus was the included parking space. Would highly recommended this property.

Comfortable but shame about the faulty WiFi

Location was virtually a few minutes walk from the bars and great restaurants on Fossgate and easy walking distance to the heart of the City.

The location of where you had to find and collect the keys to the electric gates and entrance to the apartment was an adventure. The instructions to the location was not very clear. We had to ask the local restaurant owner who said "you're the second person to ask this week" so it wasn't just me. Also we were without WiFi throughout our 3 night duration even though Guidance to hand said if encountering problems try switching the power point 'on and off' which we did on quite a few occasions but to no avail. The contact number given for these technical problems when called was not available when we tried to phone during office hours and over the weekend. Not happy!!!

The Italian restaurant next door is a nuisance, with staff not showing any consideration to the neighbourhood. I encourage the owner to report them to the local council so that action can be taken to improve the situation.

Everything. Location is perfect. Did not feel like we were in a city as it was so quiet. But close enough to Everything! 10 min walk from yorkminster. Close to shops and restaurants. Very secure gated accommodation.

Nothing all was great. Only downside washing machine was not working but after contact with citylets they sent a person to come and collect my laundry and had it all done and pressed.

Excellent central position to explore York on foot.

Someone was parked in the allocated bay when we arrived. There were a lot of warnings about parking in the wrong space so arrival was a little uncomfortable.
