7 Gibson House - Chic City Centre Apartment with Parking

The apartment was absolutely perfect, easy instructions to make our stay go without a hitch. It was well supplied, very clean and best sleep I've had in years. Location could not be better, secure gated living and parking, quiet but not remote, really close to fabulous cafes and restaurants. A stones throw from the Shambles and a very easy walk to the Minster. There is a welcome book giving suggestions, we would highly recommend Ambiente and The One Sip Cafe. We had easy access to the races, went to a choral concert in the Minster and visited York Gin and picked up some gifts in the Shambles. There is so much to do in York, we will be back and we will stay at 7 Gibson House, Dixons Yard.

Location was perfect, walking distance from everything. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the same street as well as a tesco and sainsburys nearby for essentials. Couch very comfortable and the addition of a fan was much appreciated (visited during heatwave!) Very clean and bathroom brand new.

Advertised bbq facilities available however being on the 3rd floor this wasnt the case so maybe need to remove this from listing.

Location was great. Lovely apartment. Comfy. Everything you'd need supplied.

Shower head was broken. Contacted property services, was assured someone would call out to repair. But no one showed up. ! So no shower facilities for duration of stay.
