Prime location for York yet quiet as the apartment is on the back of the building.
Excellent restaurants, shopping and museums etc nearby.
Comfortable settee and bed. All that was needed in terms of kitchen appliances etc,
Parked the car after unloading outside and left it for the two nights we were there as not needed
Parking is in nearby streets by way of a resident's permit. Worked fine and realistically is the best you could expect/hope for in such a central location.

The location was perfect for access to York City Centre. Access was easy and the communication with the owners was very good and clear.
The water pressure and temperature in the shower was very good.
Furnishings were if a good quality and it was spotlessly clean.
We ask for two single beds, which were very small for me as a larger lady. It would be much better suited as a stay for a couple with a double bed.

I have just had a new knee fitted, which meant i needed to be close to the venue, and it was just a couple of hundred yards
Communication was good
bedding was a little old .. could do with an upgrade.
