Location, clean and stylish appartment
Ryedale house is a great location- easy access to all. I hired two apartments, City Pad is facing the road and is noisy from road users, motorbike shop immediately opposite and lots of current building work nearby

we like the apartment & we liked the location the building was really clean good to have parking in York
I feel if you are going to let the property out to people you could make it more homely regarding dressing gown small milk in the fridge Its also really expensive for what it is
