Didn't have breakfast, but ate in the Murray Inn across the courtyard, in the evening, all part of the complex, food was to die for with excellent staff & service. Location was good for us as we came via Stromness and departed from St Margarets Hope, an early start, but 1/2 a mile to the ferry. Would certainly book again.
A plug in the sink in the ensuite. toilet area a little snug.

The space was lovely to have for two people and a dog. The room featured in the photos is full of sun and looks out over a very quiet road.
The cooking facilities were great. Two en-suites.
Very quiet place to stay.
The welcome pack was very short on details. Knowing where to get food locally would have helped as unless you book a table in the Murray Arms it’s impossible to eat there. When we did get a table on night 3 the meal was delicious.
Unexpected steep steps up to the apartment.

Very well fitted kitchen.
Disappointing breakfast was not available at the Murray Arms, the adjacent jotel. However, the nearby Post Office and grocery was well stocked.
