When you entered the property it was really deceiving, you came through a small front door down an alley but was surprisingly big. It was very modern and laid out really well. It was in the centre of Wick with access to everything. We liked how modern it was having everything in it you could need. Very comfortable.

Location to amenities was excellent and local shops
Very modern decor very cosy and warm.
Really enjoyed it apart from a few details.
Gateway to property was not locked and wasn't able to be locked over night even though the main door was locked gate does need repaired for a bit more security. Porch way was very slippy due to moss needs cleaned and tidied as was quite messy with sign bollard put in there as well.
Too close to a night club very noisy at night especially Friday and Saturday. Obviously out with your control.
Cleaning could be so much better as plates and cutlery were dirty when we brought them out of the cupboards and drawers, and a bit more attention to detail as per photos taken.
Marks on walls on stairway walls.
Some standard repairs needing done to bathroom and around the apartment.

Property was very clean and well situated. Included good amenities and comfortable.
The stairs are extremely steep and too narrow. My little boy had an unfortunate accident of falling down them from the top step as did I and my husband almost as they are extremely narrow. Damp smell in hallway when coming into flat however owner advised it was under renovation which is understandable.
