Great location, lots of places nearby for food, and handy for travelling to JOG. Very well decorated and well thought out layout. Easy parking and accessibility

Ability to have 'normal' tv channels, both TVs were smart TVs and had no terrestrial channels On a steep hill, but great location!

Comfortable accommodation on the NC500

The location was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure.

The artificial flowers did not add anything to the property.

On the ground floor was perfect as we had big bags to get into the property

The Den was very comfortable

We were upgraded to The Den, which is supposedly a bit larger. The flat was very spacious and well equipped, spotlessly clean.

Adequate, but easy improvements needed.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Floors were in need of a good wash. It only took 10 minutes walking around for white socks to be filthy and brown with dirt. Consider providing courtesy laundry soap for people that forget to pick some up. Also, a dryer would be much more ideal, especially for those spending a single night with little time to wait for line drying.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is beautiful - everything you could wish for. Exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well equipped.

Our lower score is a reflection on the problems we had with noise from the area nearby. Cars and rowdy people kept us awake until 2am. Our stay was overnight on a Saturday, so we may have been unlucky.

Sam emailed well before our date of arrival and was on hand should we have any issues on day of arrival. Sent links to getting to property, key info, his details and mobile, info on area and eateries. All very helpful. Just a fabulous place and great host.

Beautiful apartment hidden away. Convenient parking right outside. Perfect for our short stay.

The apartment was beautifully finished with everything we could need for our short stay. The bedding and towels were all clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with all the essentials. The furniture and furnishings were all to a very high standard. Parking right outside the door. Sam was very helpful, a wonderful host.

The local corner shop had no milk and there was only tiny pots of UHT milk when we first arrived (fresh milk would be preferred for a quick cuppa on arrival). The velux windows in the living room didn't have dark blinds which meant it was very bright first thing in the morning (not ideal when sleeping on the sofabed). Really nothing bad to say though, this is just constructive feedback.
