Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of basic comfort did not meet expectations. So we cancelled out stay.

It was full of mosquitoes. In 10 mins my sons legs was full of mosquito bites Broken windows Dirty sheets Window has a gap and was not able to close it properly much will fill bedroom with mosquitoes. Lounge area didn’t have anything to sit on except one day bed. Breakfast was fixed so not many options

The villa lacked styling and furniture. The rooms could do with more pillows and the shower had no pressure. There was really no where in the living area to relax or outdoor furniture to lounge by pool. Overall great location and nice villa just needs a few touches

Great villa and staff, just very let down by the cleanliness of the bedding

Good location, close to beach and restaurants. Pool was lovely, clean and cool. Was warned about construction but hardly heard a thing. Staff were very kind and attentive. They helped with the washing machine when we were having trouble and even came to swap out water at 9pm.

Bottom room was filled with flying ants and bugs. Even when the aircon was left off all day the floors were covered in condensation, leaving everything damp. We then discovered on our last night that the blanket in the bottom room and pillows in all rooms were covered in mould.

The perfect experience!

Everything in this villa was perfect, very clean, comfortable beds and we had everything we needed. Endi is very friendly, he welcomed us with a smile and a nice fresh juice. He explained everything very well and made sure we are comfortable and familiar with the area. Krisna is the best housekeeping we ever met! He was always there for us, he is very professional and knows his job perfectly. Whenever I needed to go somewhere he would take us, made calls for us when we needed, made sure we are happy and have the place clean everyday. We are very happy to stay at this AMAZING villa and will surely stay there again once we come back to Bali!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

De un le première nuit dans la chambre du haut l’air conditionné ne marcher pas ont ma donner un ventilateur pour la nuit , quand ils sont venue change la climatisation les ouvriers mon volés mes airpods ( que j’ai retrouver dans leur scooter devant la villa sous la caméra de surveillance après avoir appelé le gérant il m’a dit qu’il aller voir sur les caméras , 5 heures après il avais les enregistrements mais ils ont effacé les scènes du vol et quand j’ai retrouver mais airpods dans le scooter en nous disant ( mince ça a couper 2 fois au mauvais moment ) .
