Villa Filo's

The villa on a whole is lovely. Nice big bedrooms, bathrooms & living space. Fantastic swimming pool & outside area. All presented well nice & clean. Wayne is helpful & on call. Security is a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Upstairs air-conditioning needs to be upgraded. Old units that didn't quite cut it with the heat. Very warm upstairs. Front door needs some tweaking. Uneven & scrapes. A few lights not working. Again, this does not stop me from recommending this great Villa.

Wonderful stay for two days in a great location.

We loved the pool as it had sun on it most of the day and was a really good size. There were also sunbeds that were great. The property was huge for 4 people with lots of space. It was perfect for our 2-day stay. Location was perfect for bars and restaurants and only 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Not much really. Some small details like furniture and appliances could be modernised, and fowels were a bit worn.

Perfect location, lovely pool, spacious, two lounge areas, fabulous huge couches.

Shower heads need CLR. Water has a lot of calcium. Plumbing would need contraband attention to keep the pipes clear. Not really a problem, it's all I could think of

Good location ! just 10 minutes walk to beach and there's bar/restaurant near by. Also very easy to call gocar/gojek. The villa is good. Comfortable pool and living room. the bed room is big and well-maintained !

Highly Recommend!

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Well equipped kitchen. 2 levels and area to have in house massages. Nice pool area. There is a great place next door - Sidha for massages. The cafe across from the villa will bring food to your door. Location is so central to beach , shopping and restaurants. Wayne and his staff were very friendly and helpful.

Felt like home

It felt like home. The pool was nice and big. The villa had everything you could need for a short or long stay. Beds were comfy, aircons worked well. So much room.would be great for a family. The door to outside can open right up which was lovely. Location was great shopping, food beach all within very close stroll. Also a nice warung directly across from the villa and a convenience store within 50 mts. Wayne was a great host and Ketut was lovely.

A curtain across the bathroom entrance would be good for a little privacy and the shower gel was like watered down moisturiser was a little gross also no hand towels.

Fantastic value for money in a very central location

This property was AMAZING the photos do not do it justice. There was so much room and such a central location. Wayne and Ketut were so wonderful and nothing was ever a problem which made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back for sure :)

We loved it and would definitely recommend it

The villa is close to the beach and shops and a little restaurant right next door who delivered food if we asked. The villa is beautiful and the pool was clean and refreshing to swim in. We spent most of our time outside except when we went to sleep! The ambience of the place was really great with nice furnishings and art work. Wayne was very helpful and Ketut was lovely.

The main thing was the downstairs bathroom was a little smelly at times and could have been a bit cleaner.

It didn't live up to our expectation, given the cost.

Location was great, space was great and so was the pool area. The bed was comfortable too. The fridge was big and worked well, with plenty of ice. The gentleman who came in to clean was friendly and pleasant.

Unfortunately there were several issues, some which got resolved quickly (no running water, broken lights, no internet) but others that didn't get resolved at all (very smelly bathroom odour, no satellite tv) and I wasn't a fan of the poor condition of the kitchen utensils - 3 of the 5 cups were chipped, plates, pots, pans and the sink itself all had to be scrubbed before they could be used. One of the loungeroom air conditioners didn't work at all, and the other one leaked water down the wall. We also had to replace the drinking water bottle ourselves. Given the low cost of the bottle, about $2 Australian, this would have been a great gesture towards the guests comfort, but our request was denied.

An awesome villa with big house & big bed room. Every bed room has a bathroom, near to anywhere. Wynne is really helping me. Good service. I really love this place. Back to here? For sure!

Rest. Relax. Repeat

Perfect location - close to everything you need in Seminyak. Food, shopping, drinks, money change. Set a bit back from the main drag (there are drag clubs close by!), has a quieter and secluded escape from the hustle and bustle. Great sun comes into the villa courtyard to heat the fabulous pool and your not-so-fabulous body so you can enjoy a Bintang. Wayne (the host) was incredibly responsive and helpful. Had a problem with the TVs so he installed new ones!!

The bathrooms are functional and clean but some of the hardware could do with a bit of an update.

This property was close to Seminyak shops, beach, supermarket and restaurants. The Villa was great for our family of four, with space to share and space for ourselves. Wayne and staff were attentive and friendly.

Superb

Villa and pool is very clean and has many instagramable spot, the "real" villa is more beautiful than photos on booking.com.. Rooms size are big and good ventilation. Kitchen is equipped with complete equipment and utensils. For us, we did not cook, coz breakfast is only few steps from villa's gate! Very sad, we just stay 2 night here, but for sure we will come back here for the next holiday in Bali!!

I just had a 1 week stay at Villa Filo's Paradise pool & Spa the property was fantastic spotless clean and the facility's and top shelf, the host was extremely helpful from check in to check out, The location is awesome a short walk to shops bars and restaurants the beach is a easy 5 minute walk. I would recommend this villa for a couple or large family wanting to get away... Well done Wayne you have done a great job......
