Great location, accommodation requires some attention to become enjoyable.

The location was fantastic, convenient yet quiet. Very close to the Bintang supermarket and local cafe's and restaurants. The pool and gardens were well maintained and beautiful to relax in.

There was a damp odour in most of the bedrooms and mould growing in one of the bedrooms. We had to ask everyday for it to be cleaned away and it grew again overnight. There wasn't enough blankets, it took 2 days for additional blankets to be provided. The sewerage tank became full and we had to wait half a day for it to be emptied before we could use the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms had a leak and despite notifying the manager it wasn't repaired and the water was a slip hazard.

We loved the “kids” retreat being upstairs and separate. The open living and massive kitchen which was very well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses etc.

We loved everything about the property. Very clean, friendly housekeeper, location was amazing. Only thing we would suggest would be a line to hang pool towels and swimwear.

Great location to everything around the villa with the supermarket and main strip a 2 minute walk from the property. Privacy guaranteed with the high walls and locked door. Comfortable living area and private pool for a quick dip. WiFi covered every inch of the property!

Mosquito hotspot, would recommend the villa adds more mosquito protection and prevention for guests staying there. Bedroom doors do not fully close which allows them to get into the gaps and also reduces the efficiency of air conditioning - especially in the loft as this room remains warm and hot during the day with the air conditioning working at full capacity.

The property and the environment is beautiful with the wooden scripture and wooden furniture. The staff is fast to entertain to our request.

The maintenance of the property is poor as water seeping in from the roof and serious water leaking due to the heavy rain has severely affected the two rooms. The swimming pool is not clean. Some of the toilets have some flushing problem. Take note also car and van cannot access to the small alley that lead to the villa. Guests are expected to walk Through the alley to reach the villa.
