More than happy!

Size of the pool and communal area/kitchen is great, overall size of the Villa was perfect. Wayan-maid was awesome, cooked a great breakfast, security was also helpful. Bathroom was a good size, cupboard/hanging space good. Air conditioning filters were all clean on arrival.

As soon as the sun comes up there is daylight coming through the curtains around the edges, maybe needs some block outs or something a little better, to sleep in a bit. Also the mattress on the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. A bit hard to walk to the beach as it’s a no through road.

Location and staff were great lots of great restaurants and bars close by. A special mention to our cleaning lady / host Wayan she was brilliant went out of her way to do anything that you needed

Villa was a bit run down compared to how it looked in the photo's also for what we paid fresh towels would have been appreciated most other Villa's we have stayed in offer this

盗難にあいました。利用しないでください。

2025年4月に家族、友人5名で2泊利用しました。ヴィラの中は、個室4部屋がプライベートルートとしてあります。その内2部屋から総額日本円で7万強盗まれました。インドネシアルピア/日本円/シンガポールドルです。初日は観光のため午前中から外出し、夜21時に戻り発覚。部屋中探すと、喫煙者はいないのに、タバコの灰皿が洗われキッチンに裏返しに干してありましたので何者かが盗んだ際にたばこを吸ったのでしょう。部屋をくまなく探した際に見つけましたが、このヴィラの寝室のバスルームは半外になっており、トイレの上部に人が一人外部からすり抜けられる隙間がありました。チェックイン時はもちろん気がつきませんでした。施設内、裏側にはハシゴがありました。そのハシゴで隙間から出入りしているのかその隙間位置部分だけホコリがありません。トイレバスルームは、帰ってくるとインドネシアのたばこガラムの匂いがしており恐怖を感じました。このような施設の作り上、安全が確約されていない事はもちろん、予約時確認が出来ませんので利用を検討されている方は絶対に使用しないでください。周りのヴィラのセキュリティも外出時、一本道なので確認できますが不気味な顔でこちらを見てきます。プロフェッショナルなセキュリティには見えなく治安の悪さを感じます。日中は感じませんが夜は薄暗く不気味です。 booking.comを通して施設担当者へ真摯に対応して頂くようクレームを出しましたが、リビングキッチンに隠したように置いた小さなセキュリティボックスを使用しなかった事が落ち度だと言われだけで作りに関しては一切の弁解がない！腹が立ちましたが、命だけは何もなくお金で済んだのが不幸中の幸いなのかもしれません。このまま黙ってはおけませんので、booking.com側にも今後同じような被害者が出ぬよう対応を強く希望します。皆さん絶対利用しないでください。少しでも参考になれば幸いです。
