RIPPED OFF! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE - FILTHY & NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

The deceiving photos on booking.com.

BEWARE!!! We booked this villa for a week in late June. 3 families (6 adults, 6 children). FALSE advertising, kids beds were trundle beds with ONLY a fitted sheet, staff turned up at 9pm with throw blankets. Red stains (looks like blood) on ALL bed linens. Kitchen was filthy, knifes were rusty, one of the aircons stopped working (and remote). 3rd bedroom was the worst, really tiny (nothing like the photos, no way a family of 4 would stay there) aircon didn't work and because their was no roof over the bathroom the mozzies were everywhere. Rubbish down both sides of the villa. The room safe wasn't bolted down. Overall this villa was a mess, what we paid for and what we got were 2 different things (not worth the advertised price) Staff weren't really helpful because their hands were tied. We stayed one night with everyone crying all night because they thought their holiday was ruined. We walked out the next day and went somewhere else (oh and we have photos of EVERYTHING mentioned). So far Booking.com haven't been great to deal with, they have stopped answering our calls, we're still trying to get a full refund. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VILLA TO ANYONE!

Best family villa

The Villa was perfect for our entire family of 11pax. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was deep enough and clean. Best part were our housekeepers, Made, Rara and Nana. Their service was top notch with them being very friendly and they attended to our needs promptly. We had them prepare breakfast at we enjoyed all 6 days of it!
